“We were driving through NY and suffered a sudden middle-of-the-night mechanical failure. Thankfully, we happened to break down a half mile from Tech Automotive! Rich and his team took us right in, found the problem to be a failed pulley in the alternator belt, got the part, and had us safely back on the road in a matter of just a few hours. Moreover, they were warm, friendly, and straight-forward with us the whole way (they even took pictures showing us what was going on with the repair) -- wonderful human beings in addition to being efficient mechanics.
