Everyone at US storage was so helping and accommodating for any needs or limitations I had with looking for units. Tom was super respectful and informative about my needs and never pushy like some sales people can be! I’m so happy I chose this company to store my items with.

I've never rented a storage unit before so I didn't know what to expect. I completed everything online and came in to meet Tom. He was kind and patient. He thoroughly explained everything. I knew exactly how to get in and out, where my unit was and what times I was allowed to access the unit. It was so easy and I really needed it to be easy! Tom is a great guy and I always looking forward to saying Hi when I come by
