Hemlock Fair is a long-running local attraction, described as the world's smallest fair or a relatively small and lovely fair. It draws immense crowds to the tiny town, often packing the place. The fair runs from Wednesday through Saturday with varied events throughout. It is a great place to take children, featuring craft and sewing competitions, animals, and an awesome, large toy train display. There are quite a few rides to choose from, all included in one admission price with no extra tickets needed. The fair offers a good selection of fair food to tempt everyone, though some items are a bit overpriced. There are lots of local vendors and interesting history exhibits. People are very nice and friendly, including the great, professional staff. Some visitors note a wish for more seating and shade trees.
It is a fun fair. Many rides and lots of livestock to look at.

The world's smallest fair or something like that. It's been a local attraction for decades. Hemlock is a tiny town or Hamlet and the number of people this event draws is immense. On a Wednesday night the place was almost packed. This runs right through Saturday with varied events throughout.

I've gone to this fair for years. It's a great place to take children. I wish they had places to sit and some shade trees. I've been telling various people who have worked there for years they need seating and shade. My understanding is they still don't have either. I haven't gone in quite a few years.
