I went in to this 7eleven about 1 hour ago on 02 /17/25 I asked to use the restroom as it was an emergency, the employee told me I could not I informed him and also apologized that i am pregnant and my bladder is very weak at this time and he told me he does not care nor does his manager and I can call the police if I want to but it doesn’t matter if a woman is pregnant or not he will not allow them to use his restroom I rarely try to use public bathrooms but I was driving today and I really needed to use the restroom so I stopped at the nearest place which was located right next to wings and things in Hempstead but unfortunately they were closed at that time, their staff is amazing and very kind unlike this disgraceful man at this 7 eleven. I also informed him that I am an employee of 7 Eleven and he did not care. I completely understand the world we live in today nd how some people can be troublesome as I work for the business but I am a pregnant woman just asking to use the restroom so I don’t have any accidents in my car which I unfortunately did.

The most unprofessional 711 I’ve ever been in. The boss was yelling at the employee. That’s very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even bother to buy anything. I just walked right out. I’ll never step foot in that place again. STAY AWAY!!!! YOU’LL NEVER GET A DOLLAR FROM ME JACK.

I usually stop at the 7-Eleven either in the morning or late at night when I'm either picking up dropping off my daughter or granddaughter I've never really had a problem not that I really had a problem today it's just that I tried to use the restroom because while I had to go to the restroom and lo and behold the bathrooms were closed. The general behind the counter while he wasn't really nasty he wasn't really friendly neither with that said this is definitely a 7-Eleven I won't be going back to and neither should you. Have a great day bye

Place is shady, some guy in the parking lot looks like he was up to no good. Looking to potentially rob people. My wife and I went to another location. Needs better security over there.

This location is NOT 24hrs! Got here around 6:30am on Wednesday morning, the doors are LOCKED and there is no employees in sight. Several other cars and a few walk-ups have come and gone! It’s now 10mins to 7 and the doors are still locked.

This Fulton Avenue, Hempstead location., unfortunately the WORST one visited. Immediately you notice " NO SIGNS "., indicating MASK Required., let alone all those inside [Customers] as well as their family- Friendly staffing. No one had a mask on. The entire store wasn't sanitize didn't have any Sanitizer for customer usage [entryway]. The floors and counters spaces were disgusting. Stains., puddles on the floor as well. There were boxes everywhere., as if they forgot to put up there inventory.

WARNING! COVID-19 REGULATIONS NOT FOLLOWEDI arrived at this location about 3:30 PM on Wednesday February 17th. I parked and walked around the building to enter. I saw three people that clearly did not have on masks leaving. When I walked in, it got worst. Not only were there patrons in the store just standing around unchallenged without mask, so were the workers. The man behind the counter was serving food to customers and checking out without a mask. The manager (in the gray shirt) was stocking shelves on the floor sans a mask. When I asked the manager why no one was wearing he mask, he immediately became belligerent. He asked, "Why are you asking". I said because no one is following the NYS state regulation. He told me, "I don't care, report me." in elevated tone as he walked towards me in threatening manner. I told him I will report it to the Board of Health in Hempstead. He rebutted with, "Good, I now refuse you service".Neither worker even had a mask lowered on their face in ready to follow the regulations. There was NO MASK AT ALL. This is a blatant disregard for the law and our health. What is more concerning is the fact the manager is modeling this behavior for his workers and patrons.
