This location is NOT 24hrs! Got here around 6:30am on Wednesday morning, the doors are LOCKED and there is no employees in sight. Several other cars and a few walk-ups have come and gone! It’s now 10mins to 7 and the doors are still locked.

This Fulton Avenue, Hempstead location., unfortunately the WORST one visited. Immediately you notice " NO SIGNS "., indicating MASK Required., let alone all those inside [Customers] as well as their family- Friendly staffing. No one had a mask on. The entire store wasn't sanitize didn't have any Sanitizer for customer usage [entryway]. The floors and counters spaces were disgusting. Stains., puddles on the floor as well. There were boxes everywhere., as if they forgot to put up there inventory.

WARNING! COVID-19 REGULATIONS NOT FOLLOWEDI arrived at this location about 3:30 PM on Wednesday February 17th. I parked and walked around the building to enter. I saw three people that clearly did not have on masks leaving. When I walked in, it got worst. Not only were there patrons in the store just standing around unchallenged without mask, so were the workers. The man behind the counter was serving food to customers and checking out without a mask. The manager (in the gray shirt) was stocking shelves on the floor sans a mask. When I asked the manager why no one was wearing he mask, he immediately became belligerent. He asked, "Why are you asking". I said because no one is following the NYS state regulation. He told me, "I don't care, report me." in elevated tone as he walked towards me in threatening manner. I told him I will report it to the Board of Health in Hempstead. He rebutted with, "Good, I now refuse you service".Neither worker even had a mask lowered on their face in ready to follow the regulations. There was NO MASK AT ALL. This is a blatant disregard for the law and our health. What is more concerning is the fact the manager is modeling this behavior for his workers and patrons.

The cashier was disrespectful. After I asked him why the price was so high, he mumbled under his breath and said something. The cashier wasn't even wearing a mask, during a pandemic. Absolutely pathetic. The Poland spring waters are but 1 get 1 free, theres a stamp that says it right below the waters. He charged me for 2 waters when I should be getting 1 free. It's not a big deal price was, but just a waste of my time. Whatever you do, go to a different 711. This place blows.

Rude, ghetto and very disrespectful! When I went to purchase a few slurpees with my siblings one of the cashier's was rushing me to put in my pin# meanwhile... The card machine was running slow and had to re-insert my card, then when I was grabbing the slurpees after my transaction the cashier proceeded to taunt and swing the receipt in my face as a customer behind me was in a rush. I would not recommend this particular store location. I recommend you visit the other 7-Eleven stores in the neighborhood if you want to be treated with more respect, patience, convenience and better beverage flavors & working machines.
