Let's be wary of the offers they try to sell. Mr. Danny tricked me into offering DTV and Internet service even though he knew it was no longer available in my area. Now I can't even disconnect the service because I have a surcharge from DirecTV for canceling my contract. I consider it a blatant rip-off.

Absolutely frightening! The arrogant clerk went into the neighboring stop and shop and stole a bunch of items and when confronted assaulted the security guard,then ran back to hide in the store!

Kenneth and Nick are great problem solvers. They were so efficient and patient and welcoming and helped me resolve my phone situation within minutes. They made sure that i was completely happy and satisfied before i left and even offered to stay past hours to assist me. 10/10 would recommend, they slayed??. Come get hooked up by kenneth and nick, trust me they got you. They were the bees knees for real ????

At the Fulton office in Westhempstead where I normally pay my bill,I was having issues receiving calls. With a determine and experience knowledge Kenneth Reese was able to solve my issue which I was having for over a year. I was ready to change carrier because I was exhausted by no one being able to help me. AT&T you need more dedicated workers like Kenneth who is very dedicated, polite and knowledgeable about his job in and out the box. He really cares about me the customer and ensuring I got results for my issue. Thank you Kenneth Reese you are the best.
