At the Fulton office in Westhempstead where I normally pay my bill,I was having issues receiving calls. With a determine and experience knowledge Kenneth Reese was able to solve my issue which I was having for over a year. I was ready to change carrier because I was exhausted by no one being able to help me. AT&T you need more dedicated workers like Kenneth who is very dedicated, polite and knowledgeable about his job in and out the box. He really cares about me the customer and ensuring I got results for my issue. Thank you Kenneth Reese you are the best.

Great costumer service. Dan the sales rep had answers to everything I asked and even gave me more knowledge and the best deals for my bill. This is a go to place for AT&T costumers.

The “manager” Silvia and her so called trainee Javier lie to sell services and devices. When confronted about it they lie again! Claiming they never said what they said to sell the services and devices. I’m outraged and disappointed. I used to trust AT&T but this is the second store that lied to me to get lines of services and devices. BUYER BEWARE!

Totally unprofessional. Even with a very good credit score, I was told a $1000 deposit would needed to be placed without reason why. The deposit was said to be held for 6 months by Sales rep Dan. After signing contract etc. AT&T calls me 1 month later for the deposit and tells me its 1 year of holding. Sales reps and manager = shady, not honest and transparent and lacks customer service skills. The AT&T service itself is less than desirable as I experience more connectivity issues in Long Island than assumed (My TMobile line does better). Take your business elsewhere. Look through the other low rated reviews as part of your research.

Maria and Dan took there time with me today and helped me problem solve. Iffy on getting a watch for my dad. Didn’t know for sure if he would benefit. After talking to these 2 knowledgeable reps they showed me that my elderly father would love the watch. Please ask for these 2 reps when you get to this store

one of the worst store I know, the manager even call the cops me because I was complaining about a services that they offer to me, they lied about the trade-in option they have, they lied to me just to get in the company, just because im mad about it im asking the manager to d do something about it, the manager upset and asked me to leave the store, until she end up calling the cops on Mme, and refuse to talk with her employees about lying to the customer,,, DONT GO THERE , THEY LIEEEEEE, THIS MANAGER IS THE WORST WITH HER STINK AS ATITTUDE..

I have followed my original contact, Sylvia Hernandez from the Melville store to her new location in Hempstead.Her professional expertise but more importantly her courtesy and trust worthy character are the main reasons I would travel to her location, even though I have several closer locations to my home. She always gives excellent service.

My Gma went inside to get a prepaid card but the calls aren’t going through. She went back and lady who checked her phone broke her case and did nothing to fix it not even replace it. I would like a manager to contact me about this.
