One of the second worst auto zone i been too. The young lady there didn’t even try to assist me. She helped her co workers before helping me & the store was empty. I told her what i needed & got a very rude response.

I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent visits to Store #2983, which is conveniently located near my garage. As a frequent customer, I appreciate the store's proximity and services.
However, during my winter visits, I've noticed that the store's temperature is consistently quite low. While I understand that winter brings colder weather, I believe the store's temperature should be maintained at a comfortable level for both customers and employees.
I'm concerned that the current temperature may be affecting the shopping experience and employee well-being. I kindly request that you consider adjusting the store's heating system to provide a warmer environment.

by far the worst Auto Zone i have seen, needs more staff cant be that im on the phone for 10mins than hang up call and on the phone for another 5mins after being told "can you offer me one minute" i call again and no pick up this time

I purchased a battery for my car, only to find that it was defective. When I returned to the store to exchange it under warranty, the manager confronted me in an aggressive manner. Not only did he raise his voice, but he also resorted to using racist language, making the experience incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. I was not allowed to proceed with the battery exchange, which left me feeling disrespected and unheard. It's evident that new management is urgently needed at this location. If you take a look at the comments section below, you’ll find several others who have encountered similar issues, highlighting a pattern of unacceptable behavior that needs to be addressed.

This place sucks. First of all, the customer service is terrible and if you want to return something they give you a bad attitude. I don't know why they have people who don't want to work. 👎

Super pathetic staff. I came here for cabin filter at the cash counter pathetic girl and one guy they both are Spanish (South American) they said I have to find part by myself. And insult me with racist comment on me (with say about my country name) I will not recommend this location to anyone. Gonna complaint to autozone’s head quarter as well. I will definitely not visit ANY AUTOZONE EVER.

As an AutoZone employee from another store, I sent my brother to this location with my employee discount card to purchase filters and engine oil. Unfortunately, the manager, Mr. David, refused to apply the discount. My brother even provided my phone number, and he asked the manager to verify my name with the AutoZoner discount card, but he still declined. This experience was very disappointing, and I regret having to leave a negative review for a store as an AutoZone employee.

Need more staffing. Only two people working on a Sunday. Line out the door, people turning around and leaving. If you so happen to make it to the counter, staff don't know how to look up parts, didn't know what the store rewards program is, purchases rarely count towards their reward program because info is never entered. The purchases that does make it into the system earn reward balances but if they don't know how to enter info into the system, what's the point. Your balance will just end up expiring. I'm feeding the cashier the part number on the autozone app and they can't find it in the system and needed manager to point it out. Manager busy running cashier and commercial accounts. Parking lot is just one big repair shop, with trash everywhere and dozens and dozens of containers of used oil everywhere. Maybe it was just because it's sunday but still........
