Generally pleased with the products that the bank offers. The customer service reps (in the branches) are friendly and knowledgeable. The Dutch Broadway location is normally crowded and doesn't have enough customer service reps. The Hempstead branch is more spacious and private.

I can admit that Bethpage always had its issues but ever since it changed to FourLeaf I’ve had nothing but complaints more than ever before. Same with my family. We all have the same exact Bank and continue to have issues almost every single day of our lives. The representatives over the phone don’t know how to communicate and they don’t know how to solve your problems no matter how many questions you ask them. It’s not until you’ve went through at least five representatives and six different holds that you finally find somebody that gives you your answers. Terrible, terrible terrible bank and I am so ready to switch. To the representative Amber, that did however, help me I do appreciate you your patience and your effort.

Grant Gilliam has to be the nicest teller I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped me set up my savings and checking accounts super fast. He also helped me with a bag of change I had and showed me how easy it is to use the coin-counting machine. Beautiful personality, outstanding job.

very unpleasant attention female clerks too harsh , supervisor check costumers like suspicious costumers (the older African American woman with the glasses) Male tellers have excellent attention

Disrespectful teller assisted my husband and was so rude (the older African American woman with the glasses). She was judging the amount of money he was taking out and doing a “review” on that amount. What does it matter? That’s a micro aggression towards him and I find that disgusting to be a part of your employees demeanor. FIX IT. I will be calling corporate.

BFCU is a good financial institution to do business with for me. They are very friendly and helpful. Everyone is positive and patient. I've had no problems. I recommend BFCU for everyone.

They do not answer the phones at all! That what customer service is about! Everybody cannot get to the bank and need assistance. I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours! Ridiculous! Where is the manager at??

The customer service is very good, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. But the security service is very bad. The security personnel should welcome the customer with a smile, not being on the cellphone
