They do not answer the phones at all! That what customer service is about! Everybody cannot get to the bank and need assistance. I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours! Ridiculous! Where is the manager at??

The customer service is very good, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. But the security service is very bad. The security personnel should welcome the customer with a smile, not being on the cellphone

0 stars!! Crooks stole my money. Took my down payment and mortgage payments the last 10 months!! Now they say they have no account associated dirt my social?? How have I been getting mortgage taken out of my bank every month??? I have called weekly for 10 months. I will now be pursuing legal action!!!!

Went in today to use the coin kiosk . As I approached the door a security guard approached me and asked what I was in for I stated I would like to use the kiosk very politely. He advised it’s being serviced I stated yes I am aware of this and I waiting patiently and acknowledged the gentleman uses it . Giving him plenty of space and I was away from the doorway .The security guard asked me to have a seat I declined politely and stated I would like to stand as I’m at my desk all day long it felt nice to just stand .All of sudden this enraged lunatic yelled at me got into my face screaming I needed to sit down I’m blocking the doorway when he was walking in and out of the door. This is the 2nd time this man has approached me aggressively, borderline assault when I stated do not talk to me that way and I will not do what you ask of me .I plan on calling corporate.A very nice branch employee approached me apologized and explained to me super politely why customers are asked to be seated .The security guard ran off , and didn’t know I was not going to be bullied that easily ..

The tellers were very knowledgeable and friendly . I was greeted by name . At the end of the transaction I was wished a good weekend.the banks security officer opened the door for me on arrival and welcomed me to BFCU. On exiting offered up a "good day"

AT BETHPAGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION YOUR FINANCIAL PRIVACY AND SECURITY ARE AT RISK. The customer service is great. But, Bethpage Federal Credit Union still doesn't have a secure portal or drop box to upload your financial documents. The loan processor at Bethpage seems to think that if you email your sensitive financial documents to her supervisor, then that's secure transmission. Bethpage Federal Credit Union is a hacker's paradise. Bethpage has assured me that it is "looking into setting-up a secure drop box." Looking into it? Every other financial institution in America has a secure portal or drop box to upload documents. If you send your financial documents to Bethpage via email, don't be surprised if your social security number and your credit gets compromised. Only a fool would send financial documents unencrypted via email. The irresponsibility to protect its customers' privacy and its document handling incompetence is simply stunning!

Bethpage Federal has become like the big banks. They don’t have good perks at all. I will eventually change banks it’s just a lot of work when you do direct deposits and such. The biggest problem I’ve had with Bethpage is using Zelle in the app. They say there’s a limit to how much you can, Zelle, even though I’m nowhere near that limit. Then they tell me that I can’t do Zelle because my phone number is suspended through another banking financial institution and they can’t fix it. Bethpage federal is really disappointing. Needless to say I don’t have too much trust in any of these other credit unions or banks.

Worst experience ever. I tried to open up a business accpunt with them. They wasted 2 days asking series of foolish questions and finally rejected on the grounds they cannot substantiate with my future earnings. FYI Mr. Manager I was here for opening up the account not for a business loan.

Do not bank here ! they are the worst My Account was lock for over a week no help was provided they continued to tell me each time I called someone would give me a call back within 24 hours this is not a good bank I did not want to come back I gave them another chance I’ve been back with this bank for only a few months I’m taking my money out First thing in the morning and i will never bank with Bethpage again ! Still not fixed problem definitely was not fixed !

they froze a $8,000 check and my account for 2 weeks until the person the wrote the check came in to verify they wrote it , i got the check verified i can no longer use baisic services and i have to come to this branch every time i want my money i nicely asked for all 24k of my money to be taken out in cash so i can take it to chase since i’m on bank house arrest
