Chase Collision did an outstanding job with my car. It looks like new, like if it never got hit.
Chase collision team handled everything even reserving a rental and having the rental company pick me up. The team addressed any concerns I had and provided me with constant updates and progress of the car. In the unlikely event of another collision, I will certainly be bringing my car here for repairs. Thank you Chase Collision.

Extremely disappointed with this collision center. They stole items from my car and were dishonest throughout the process—promises were not kept. I do not recommend them. They seem very money-hungry, and I’ve heard from others that they may have lost business with the town, which says a lot. They are not helpful at all if you're not doing business with them. All they care about is your money!!

This is a 100% scam shop. 100%. If you need prove, respond to my review i will provide full evidence. They said our car will be fixed in 2 weeks. They fixed our car after 6 months. Every week they said next week will be fixed. Everyone in the store are scammers. I was so close to sue this store but we didn’t want to waste more money. They scammed our insurance $10k but did not fix anything inside. Please do not take your car here. Beware. The nassau county cops may take your accident car here but take it to a different auto shop later. Do not let them touch your car. They will ruin your life.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Terrible service, they did my son dirty. If you value your car don’t leave it here… you won’t see it for a couple months and when you DO it’ll be jacked up. They’ll make sure to charge your insurance, though.

My 2013 Honda Accord was involved in a severe accident and I’m glad it was towed to Chase! The staff guided me through the insurance claim process and kept me up to date on any and all changes that occurred. They handed the car back to me looking brand new! Should I need service to my vehicle again I will definitely be returning!
