I have no idea why I even came to this store! Poor customer service and the so called supervisor needs to be fired or eventually the store will run out of business. She was standing doing nothing and refused to blow up a few bollons because they were from Amazon give me a break! Again dollar tree re-train the staff or get ready to run out of business.

This store is located on the corner of a block. I believe there is no parking lot. I see a gated lot area in the back of the store, but it does not look like it is available to the public. Inside the store, there were a lot of empty shelves, but I noticed there were boxes on the floor. So it seem they are restocking. There is an Amazon mailbox available too.

I live in Hempstead right near the Dollar Tree. I absolutely hate going in there. It is often dreary or dark due to poor lighting and they never have anything that you are looking for.The only thing I can say is that the customer service is fantastic. I feel bad for the workers because it seems as though the company does not care about this store or them! It seems as there is no interest or investment into the employees, the stock of the store, or up keep of the store.

I often have my shopping items delivered through Amazon, DoorDash or InstaCart. Very rarely do I shop in person now, at all. However, when I do shop in person, Dollar Tree around where I live is one of the stores I do frequent. I generally shop there the minute they open up so I can get what I need and exit the store quickly; no waiting! The only complaint I have about this store is there is never, ever any cat food in the bags available at this store for purchase. Other than that, they usually have what I want or a suitable substitute. Just get the cat food in on a regular basis, that's my only request.
