EbLens is a clean store with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the good customer service, with staff going above and beyond to assist, especially when shopping for kids' shoes or sneakers. The store offers a fair price and a great selection of shoes and clothing. However, some feel the clothing is bland and basic, lacking exciting or trendy options, and believe the store could benefit from re-launching or re-branding to attract more customers.
My baby girls needed some Crocs desperately and I got to the store less than an hour to close. The store employees helped me so much. I got three pairs of shoes and a tee shirt for my son. Prices are fair and they do have a great selection. I will shop here again Thank you!

Amazing service!!!! I believe the manager helped me. Her name was Cathy. Came in to buy a pair of sneakers for my neice, she answered all my questions and helped to make the right selection. All while being super patient with me. Thank you for having such an amazing manager!
