  This place is a JOKE.
  I was told by my insurance company to bring my truck in. I came in and spoke with Andi who by the way has horrid customer service. Im assuming my black skin was intimidating to him. My v was in Frontier for 5 weeks and every time I called for update I got the worse attitude from the girl in the office. Idk if they feel they was doing me a favor but I could easily brought my money elsewhere. Picking p my car was a headache n itself. Attitude and sarcasm from the Spanish girl,AGAIN and when I ask to speak to the boss I get excuse aft excuse. I sat outside on the phone with State Farm to complain and who do I see the boss outside disrespecting hs workers. This place is a joke. they do not respect customers they dont respect their own. GO SOOMEWHERE ELSE POPLE

  From beginning to end Frontier Collision made the repair process easy and convenient. They went above and beyond, to ensure there was ample communication during the repair. They returned my vehicle before the intended date, and most importantly the repair work is excellent. I am very happy and satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend Frontier Collision. I now know why USAA backs up their work.

  We were recommended by Geico for an initial inspection for damage to my new car. We were taken on time and Andy was quick and thorough. I normally would go closer to home but Frontier was available immediately. Very pleased!

  I get an accident with my rogue 2020 and the endurance from the other guy tell me to go there so I when they fix the paint and bumper but 1 month latter the bumper get loose so I bring it back they just push it. Inside and tell me is fix and start saying probably you hit a side walk what I never do and 1 week later the bumper is out again and I didn’t go to them becuase they are going to say same stupid thing you hit something I will never go to them again. Don’t go there. They fix but not respond. For after pieces get loose becuase they don’t fix it good

  Took my car in for back end damage and they exceed my expectations there was a piece broken in the front of my car that had nothing to due with my back end damage and they fixed that for me with no problems I would definitely recommend them to get your car done

  Hands down, the best body shop experience in my life. Great at what they do, kind, courteous, and reasonable. Without even charging me, they fixed my rear taillight bulb that was broken before the accident and had nothing to do with the accident damage. The car was exceptionally clean when returned to me. The body work was excellent.

  THEFT of personal property while vehicle was in their tow yard and of course no one knows anything. The tow truck driver arrived at the scene reeking of weed. Police need to rethink who they do business with. The only resort is a police report and of course now , no one has a name. The tow truck operator knew the items were in the trunk before it was taken. Owner was also made aware as they are responsible for the vehicle while it’s in their possession but claims he knows nothing. Go somewhere else. ** This isn’t the first identical incident that occurred on your premises as I looked over past reviews. Secured lot that is no where near your office and we had to drive there and no personnel on the premises guarding location. Yea- “secured?” And in a bad neighborhood. It doesn’t mean the items weren’t taken prior to entering the lot. **
