Called before they even opened needing brakes rotors and calipers on my Dodge ram 3500 and Carl found them when no one else could he knew I was in a pickle and he make it right. His team are good at there jobs. Jesus is a pro at the phones he was getting frustrated like I was but he kept it together. My brakes work awesome thanks to this shop. This shop is top 3 of all shops we been too. Thanks Carl and team you made me a happy customer.

I recently took my car to the Goodyear on Franklin street Hempstead and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The manager,” Carl Mimmons “ in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired efficiently and effectively. He took care of me with good pricing and make sure I left the shop with a smile on my face ! You can really tell how hard he works; he is always running around the parking lot, making sure unauthorized cars aren’t there picking up parking space and still took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and the steps they would take to fix it.
The repair was completed quickly, and my car runs like new again! It’s evident that the team is skilled and dedicated to providing high-quality service. I highly recommend this goodyear location to anyone in need of car repairs. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Amazing service, and customer experience! The store Manager Carl and customer service person Jesus both delivered a great, personable experience for both my wife and I. They have officially gained a repeat/return customer relationship for years to come. Highly recommend this location for any service that you may need for your vehicles small or large.

I recently visited the Goodyear location on Hempstead for a Tesla tire replacement, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their excellent service and professionalism of Carl Nimmons and Jesus Gonzalez and their team. The team was knowledgeable about Tesla-specific requirements and provided great recommendations to ensure my car was fitted with the best tires.
The installation process was seamless, and they worked quickly without compromising on quality. They even took the time to explain proper tire care to maximize performance and longevity.
The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. I left feeling confident in my new tires and would highly recommend this location for anyone needing tire services, especially for electric vehicles like Tesla. Great job, Goodyear Hempstead!

I was scrambling to find tires for my mom’s car because it failed an inspection. When I called Goodyear in Hempstead, I spoke with the store manager, Carl, who was very polite and understanding and put my anxiety to rest. It’s because of his kindness during the call that I decided to have his team service my car. They did an exceptional job at an affordable price (below my budget) and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like they were piling on work just for the heck of it. I even showed Carl the inspection report and he confirmed that one part was accurate but challenged another part and explained to me how the previous company got it wrong.
I appreciate businesses that do more than just charge a price. Carl and his team take care of you.

Carl made sure that my tires were in stock and that they were installed properly. The technician team Micheal made sure my car was safe to drive out and pointed out I need rear brake replacement. Carl gave me an excellent price to get them done same day! They took care of me and did multiple services on my vehicle in a timely manner and made sure my car was road safe. After driving home I notice a smoother ride and effortless turns down the block. Amazing job and got my car a new safety inspection. Highly reccomend!

Carl was extremely professional, providing excellent service at an upfront honest cost. Would highly recommend Goodyear for all auto service needs not just tires. Also, they were extremely helpful and fast on Christmas Eve which really saved our holiday week.
