I'm all over the place when I shop no matter what Harbor Freight I go into the people are very good they're very helpful very thoughtful good people from Suffolk,Nassau,to the city.
I wish I was working and they were around then It would have made my life a lot easier. Can't have everything but now I'm glad they are thanks Andrew

Purchased a tire changer and it was missing an integral spindle. Product is unusable without it and they wouldn’t help over the phone. It was less expensive online anyways

Bought a $20 item at 11 and came to return it at 5 and the lady said I can’t return it because I don’t have the plastic it came in. I was told by the employee that helped me that I could return it even if I opened it. If you guys want tools, go to Amazon or target. They at least let you return items that’re open
