Greg you are the man! I went to the Brooklyn branch and was denied the sale of the US General four drawer tool box because I was driving a car. However I went to Hempstead and Greg the supervisor HAPPILY sold me the toolbox and helped me load it into the car. Great service and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GREG.

Apparently they have a different definition for “in stock” on certain items. I went to buy a work bench as their website said the store had it in stock. The cashier said it was also in stock but another associate came over and let me know that such items had to be preordered and I had to come back in two to three weeks to pick it up. How is that in stock?!?!?

Great store for tool shopping. Every tool you can think of is in this place. The prices are very affordable and the sales makes this store a must stop for experts and beginners alike. There wasn't too many sales people to help me find what I was looking for, but i made the best of it. Checkout was slow and the cashier wasn't friendly, but that's a small price to pay for inexpensive tools.

When I am looking for something inexpensive, I will come here as many of the tools are of decent quality for simple repairs. They do have tools that are expensive and geared for professional use.

Amazing shot really good service as a woman. It’s difficult going into a tool shop, but the man was so helpful and practically help me get everything that I needed and more definitely would recommend.
