I am very pleased with the service I received from Hempstead Ford. Their service of pick up and drop off, is one of the best options I’ve ever experienced. Their drivers were courteous and very respectful of my concern as well as the vehicle. My repairs were attended to quickly and the vehicle was returned. Great Service Hempstead.

Hempstead Ford service department exceeded my expectations. They are friendly and experts about what my car needed. They explained everything in detail in advance.They were able to repair my foot brake release during my appointment. They tuned up my car, changed the fluids, filter etc and did the inspection.

The parts manager will not sell the sign in the display cabinet. When the sales department called her and asked her for the part she said it's her personal sign. Personally with the union strike I think she should give me the freaking sign. Thanks for nothing Ford manufacturing for being cheap and selfish and greedy from top-to-bottom obviously. If you read my whole review please give me a like. ?RESPONCE; If the item is not for sale, why the heck is it in a for sale items cabinet. Also Its a advertisement product and should not therefore be a personal item for a manager. I WANT IT!!!

Worked with John at Hempstead Ford and he was very reliable and helpful. Brought my car in for general maintenance and rear camera issues. Technicians provided a thorough diagnosis of an older vehicle (2013 Explorer). Car is driving much smoother now (wheel alignment) and AC is working MUCH better (coolant maintenance). Camera is on backorder, but will return to get that addressed when parts are available. Turnaround time was extremely reasonable as well = 1.5 days.Followup: Camera came in and was installed in less than 1/2 a day. Ford even offered to drive back to my home so I did not have to walk. Excellent working with John.

My car broke down on the LIE over Labor Day weekend. Hempstead Ford was the closest dealership. The Tow Truck operator (previously reviews with 5⭐️’s) was kind enough to hold the car to Tuesday AM. Hempstead Ford took delivery of my Explorer first thing in the AM and had the broken belt replaced and ready by the afternoon despite not having any service appointments available online They were responsive and sensitive to the stress of the situation as I live in NYC. I’m grateful for the competent and responsive service. With gratitude.

My wife drives a Lincoln Nautilus. I usually take care of the maintenance, registration, & inspection for all our vehicles. I always bring our car to the dealership for service because its just plain easy. I usually wait for the vehicle when doing an inspection and or an oil change. Tires or something else I'd leave the car and they shuttle me to my office with no trouble at all. I highly recommend Hempstead Lincoln Ford for all your service needs. Andy BTW, Sales people are cool too.

If I could give zero starts I would!! My service advisor Michael needs to find a new job. He is unprofessional and lacks the skills to be in the service industry. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday and left for vacation. Told him that I need get fix 2 scratched rims, check all four tires, oil change, look at all recalls, fix squeaky belt, and an auto butler. He emailed me on Tuesday while on vacation to tell me that my brakes needed to get done. I asked him how much it would cost. He quoted me $475. I told him to go ahead and do it. Two days later I asked him what was going on with my truck and will it be ready by Saturday, his response was.” coming for wheels tomorrow.” I replied with is my truck going to be ready by Saturday I still need the auto butler. On Saturday morning after I got home from my trip I called the office to find out what was going on. He told me that the rims came back on Friday, but they cannot do the auto butler until three days after. Apparently, you can’t wash the car until three days after the rims come back. With this being said, why not put in for the rims to get done first and foremost. While the rims are being done, you could’ve done all the other things that was on the list so by the time the rims come back you could wait to three days and then do the other Butler, it’s not rocket science. You should know your job and communicate information appropriately. I decided not to get the auto butler. I just needed my truck so, on Saturday when I went to pick up my truck, I saw Michael. He handed me a bill for over $900. The issue with the bill is that the $475 quote actuality came up to $775. When I asked him why he said you have to include labor.why didn’t he quote me parts and labor? That would be to easy and make sense, that’s why. No sense of urgency, and he barely even spoke with me when I came to pick up the truck. Some people just need to find a new job and he definitely is one of them.

I spent over $5300 on a repair. They had my car for 22 days. They park the cars in their lot like sardines then deny the deep scratch in my door happened there. Also, the rubber mat under trunk door is worn and damaged. I told them it is not mine. They have photos that they took when I brought the car. If I am wrong show me the pics and I can move on. Instead they looked at the pics and said they would get back to me. I have not heard from them and they are not returning my phone calls. It has been over a week, I do not steal and I do not expect anyone to steal from me. I have a dealership within walking distance and chose Hempstead instead. What was I thinking?

My 2020 explorer lease was coming to an end and I was looking to get into a new lease on a 2023 explorer. I viewed the dealer's inventory online, saw a build that I liked, and gave the dealer a call. I was transferred to Frank Romeo, asked him about the car, he said it was available, confirmed some of the vehicle details, and within minutes was able to give me a fair, competitive price, including a few rebates that Ford was offering at the time. I took some time to review, and called him back shortly after confirming my interest in the car. He then emailed me some initial forms, scheduled a day and time for pick-up, and we were able to get everything done in just over an hour. Excellent experience overall, as it should always be! Thanks to Frank and the Hempstead Ford team!

My fiancee and I went in on a busy memorial weekend saturday and were taken care of by Dennis Cullen. We were first time vehicle purchasers, and Dennis was friendly, patient, and professional in guiding us through the process. We love our new purchase. We never felt pressured and it was overall an enjoyable experience.I am hoping to encounter a similar atmosphere and to have similar experiences in future service visits.

I took my Ford Escape for an oil change there. It was quicker and cheaper than I expected. They even cleaned the exterior of my car and passed a multi-point inspection without any additional cost. I appreciate their great services. Thank you Vincent.
