Despite my best efforts to resolve these matters directly with the company, and the manufacturer, I find myself in a frustration that requires your immediate intervention.On numerous occasions, I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer VIN# 1FM5K8GT6JGC60115 to Hempstead Ford Lincoln for repairs, as the vehicle/appliance was experiencing on going check engine light/transmission issues from year 2020. I entrusted them with the task of diagnosing and rectifying the problem, and I had expected to receive timely and satisfactory service in return since I have been a loyal repeat customer of theirs.1) Incomplete Repairs. Despite the assurances the repair performed on my vehicle was incomplete, malfunctioning and still is not complete, making it unreliable and unsafe for my family for use. The vehicle is still in their facility. 2) Lack of Communication. Throughout the ongoing repair process, I have experienced a lack of communication from the service advisor John Lydon. Refusing to provide my service records in full detail. I was never informed about the progress of the repairs or the status of backed up parts. Vague responses from the gentleman who sold me the vehicle and the service manager, service associate was outright ignored.Considering these major issues, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to your esteemed office. I believe that the conduct of Hempstead Ford Lincoln not only VIOLATES my CONSUMER RIGHT but also reflects a pattern of unethical business practices that may be affecting other unsuspecting customers and their safety.I kindly request your intervention to help resolve this matter in a fair and just manner. Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including incomplete repair orders, and my communication text messages with service advisor and manufacturer.I would like to express my gratitude in advance for your attention to this matter. We purchased a 2022 Lincoln Corsair from Hempstead Lincoln Ford and our salesman Dan Locicero was there for us from start to finish, granting everything on our wish list, explaining everything in detail, answering late night emails. Going forward he also said to call or email with any questions or issues in the future.Five stars plus for Dan the Man!Patti and Mike, Queens, NY

My husband car was in the repair shop for 3 months! Karen was the woman managing the repairs. Karen is a total waste of a person to be paid to work there. She is completely useless and never does her job. She doesn't provide and follow up unless you reach out to her! She also doesn't complete the requests you ask for to be done on your car. Don't ever bring your car here for service! they are the worst and should not service any cars!!!!!!!

I am writing this review because I am very disappointed with the salesperson I had, Thomas M. I've been shopping for an F-150 speaking with a handful of dealerships, it what we all do. Hempstead Ford was one of the few dealerships on Long Island that had the exact car I wanted, so I reached out. Everything was great and cordial until we got to the details. The deal itself was take or leave it which is thought was odd and cold, especially since car salesman do not like when people leave the showroom. I was lied to about my trade-in, which really bothers me because I heard his managers talking about the trade-in as I was sitting in Thomas's Office. It added insult to injury.After leaving Hempstead Ford I went to another dealership, who had a similar car. The deal was much better than what Thomas had offered me. One caveat, that car was reserved, but the person who reserved is dragging their feet. So rather than waiting to see how this pans out, I went back to Thomas with numbers and got a "Sorry, going to pass". I was very surprised to not have received a counteroffer from Thomas, even if it didn't match what was offered from the other dealership. I don't know if the deal was ever presented to management at the dealership either. I am not sure if its Thomas or his manager, but I won't be going to Hempstead Ford again, and I wont recommend them to anyone who mentions them either.

Our salesman was Whimps at Hempstead Ford. He was professional, organized, personable and very patient.During our appointment to purchase a new Ford Explorer, he was very informative and clear about this vehicle. We were very happy to deal with him. He reviewed the car with us and clearly explained all the features. Wonderful...The type of car that I chose to drive is a Ford Explorer. Over the past 25 years and when interested in purchasing a vehicle, I have always gone to Hempstead Ford. The service and professional behavior is paramount. If you are interested in buyinga Ford, I strongly suggest to give Hempstead Ford a chance.... Thank you DonnaJust picked up our new car this week!!! So great...,,

Leasing my new car was the best experience ever. This was my first time leasing and I am so glad I did and came to Hempstead Lincoln to do so. The purchase of my Lincoln Cosair was so easy and wonderful. Dan was a great salesman.

So, I dropped off my 2021 Bronco Sport for Car Butler service and an oil change Monday evening for service on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I got a call at 1:49 pm that they had just put it on the rack for the oil change and may not be able to get the Butler service done today because it takes 2 hours. Because they don't give loaners for Butler service plus there is a waiting list for one I had to rent a car. I explained this to Jackie and she said she would talk to the Butler guy. Three o'clock came and I call Jackie to find out "Butler guy" promised to have it done by five o'clock.I got to the dealership early and true to their promise I saw my Bronco in the Butler machine. Not only did they get it done, it was done before five.Thank you Jackie and I'm sorry I didn't get his name so "The Car Butlet Guy" for going above and beyond for me.

As far as service goes, Karen in service is above and beyond. She is extremely professional and courteous. She takes the time to explain the status of your vehicle with no BS. Which is the best part about her. Our cars will be Lincoln's as long as she is in service.

Hempstead Ford is the worst dealership for service or purchaseWent there for service on a recall on my carThey could not get my car to operate as it did before recallMy frustration due to there incompetence was obvious.I bring my car in for repair and it is returned damaged and no resolutions.!!Than I see here on Yelp that they answered my review with some nonsense answer saying "?they have a no tolerance rule" What kind of business is this?? That is what Ii asked myselfI go to buy a car thereand get a price on a 2020 car .Suddenly as I am about to do the paperwork, the price jumped $60 . Amazing how this dealership operates I would suggest people stay away from this dealership!!!!
