Super impressed! Expected the usual municipal office bad attitude and headaches, but everyone was super friendly, very helpful, and efficient. Submitted my baby’s passport application and got a parking permit in 15 minutes. They even gave my kiddos crayons and a coloring book to keep them occupied. Well done town of Hempstead!
