Came here for an inspection waited for about an hour while talking with 2 of the workers. Saw the owner kick somebody out.
For asking about his car and arguing with another guy about the time waiting. When checking my car, he gave me it crazy, and his attitude insulting everyone, including his worker. The owner is very unprofessional. I suggest not doing business here. The owner seems like he has a big head, very disrespectful and rude. When I asked for a price, he became annoyed and ruder.Dont do business here every dishonest.

They are asking &100 for state inspection even my vehicle was 100% no issues at all.
I refuse to pay & they didn’t put the sticker even they already scanned the vehicle.

I bring all my cars and send all my family’s cars to Key Auto Spa in Hempstead when I need something done or whenever I have a problem. They are very competent and honest, something you don’t see too often nowadays with mechanic shops. I strongly recommend them because I am confident they will do a good job.
