I received HALF of my CLOTHES, no one knew where my clothes went and I haven’t gotten any updates on it. All I received was my money back for the drop off, nothing else which is nothing compared to how expensive clothes are especially HALF A BAG.

O dropped my clothes there and that lady ruined my clothes when i picked up my bag was red painted and she came talking to me about a red towell that a had, caused dillucion and spillage on all over my clothes,
But the color on my clothes does not match with the color she is talking about. Is totally different I did not want to argue her and Took my clothes and saw it at Home but I even caught her Liying me saying that she took Photos of the clothes and then she said to me that she was going to call me but she did not have a phone I Would not go there again

Often drunk men use the facility as a hang out spot and they never have hot water to wash clothes the Asian lady is extremely rude. I DON'T RECOMMEND going there.

Why bother promoting that you guys close at 11pm but the ladies running the laundry refuses to have anyone laundry after 9:20. If that’s the case simply change the time on the website and the sign in the place

Very good place to wash your clothes but some of the machines are broke you got to be careful putting your money in some of those broke machine they need to fix them but the work is do have a card that will take your clothes out and put it in another machine and pay for it

Laundry Palace is a good place I am glad to recommend. Lots of space and machines to wash/dry laundry. And the best part, all machines are working. And working very good.

This place is horrible no hot water so if ya ok washing ya clothes on cold water go there. Machines are old. Most of them are out of order. Smells like mildew. Needs to be close down immediately and fixed up.

Easy to see right off of Clinton Street servicing Hempstead and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. 1 free 16 minute use of dryers with every washing machine use. We will most likely be going back.
