First I would’ve never came here I really needed my hair done I paid for wash and braids that came out horrible my hair feels so stiff like the lady put a whole tub on jam in my head my scalp is hurting every time I move my face I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy I already put an appointment at my original braider

She was responsive, and the space was clean that is the only good part of my experience. She reminded me why I hate going to hair salons, wasting a customers time, wasted an hour of my time. I paid for the blowout done and left.

Good experience at Marly salon ,when I came to Marly's my hair was very weak i didn't know how to take of my hair, and my children's hair, her natural products is very helpful my edges was very bad now i have edges my hair and kids are growing,her prices are very good, customer service is on points, I'm encouraging any ones who ever need good and natural products for their hair call Marly, she has been in the field for decades,

Terrible customer service, the lady is beyond rude. She was shouting at me for asking her the price for cornrows. Disrespectful 🤮🤮 would not recommend.

Good work for a good price. However, the staff is small and appointments can get booked way too close together, so be prepared to deal with extra waiting time.

I had great experience at Marly's! I was extremely shocked that it wasn't packed with it being a Saturday... but I'm grateful that they were available when initial plans to get my hair done fell through. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Very satisfied , good customer service, i'm a persone i'm not easy to be please, but at marly salon i'm Always please her Price IS reasonable, i Can change my hair style from braids to weave or pixie cut or micro link You name it ,and all of them are very nice people, i will recormmend any once to go there.

*Don’t mind my fading red hair color, it’s old*.
They were amazing! Bito did my trim/fade/cut. Very funny and professional, thorough and knowledgeable; and all around fantastic! Good price tag, and despite my naturally curly hair having different hair types throughout it (the back and sides are more wavy than “curly”, again no hx of perm), they got my appointment done in a reasonable amount of time.
Highly recommend!

i had an anxiety attack leaving because my weave looks ATROCIOUS. I DONT. HAVE. A PART. LOOKS LIKE UNNATURAL WIG TRACKS ARE SHOWING. I LITERALLY CAN'T STYLE THE HAIR. WOULD RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR.

Rude to me in front of patrons for no good reason . Mice was running all around I couldn’t put my feet on the floor . Feel asleep in her chair woke up to her trying to cut my king natural hair . She didn’t give me the color I wanted either . Why is she calling it African hair braiding when she is Haitian ?

service was horrible, i wouldn’t even rate it at least ONE star. they don’t know how to braid. i asked for knotless & got box braids… simply because my hair was “too short” when they didn’t even bother to blow dry it completely, every time i get my hair done i ALWAYS get knotless. i was literally holding a chunk of my hair where it wasn’t blow dried & tried to tell them & they ignored me, every-time i tried to correct them or give them advice they told me to “stop complaining” they don’t respect your hair, they do whatever they want as long as it looks good to THEM. my middle part was crooked & they didn’t even BOTHER to put effort in the front of my head, this won’t even last me a MONTH, it is done terribly. worst braiding salon i ever went to, they definitely will NOT be seeing me again.
