They are doing it right. And unfortunately they are needed. The line for lunch (soup, salad, sandwich) and for groceries was long for the 2 hours I was there.They'll soon reopen the cafeteria, all refurbished, and want to add shower facilities. The needy, and there are so many, depend on the INN and on us to support it.

This Soup Kitchen has been a pillar in the community of Hempstead Village. They truly provide every service, resource & referral that you can think of. It is such a wonderful blessing for Mary Brennan Inn Soup Kitchen to be there. It should be made a HISTORIC SITE if possible & that's how TERRIFIC it is??

During pandemic we’re looking for a charitable organization to donate to for our kids milestone birthday and ended up donating to the INN. The place provides meals for the underprivileged and also accepts volunteers to help out.

If you are considering giving your time to help those in need please go here!Michelle, Jean, and Jason are fabulous, loving, down to earth people who TRULY love what the do.They are ORGANIZED!! They want your help and will do anything to make sure you can give back to the community. Not the mention the people but the FACILITIES ARE SPOTLESS!
