I must say have my service here at this dealer has been the best experience ever. My service person was very sweet and kind and the service manager was very loving towards my kids and even made my mother coffee. For my first service experience, I give it a 10 stars if I could, and I will definitely be back after the holidays. I have my next service and schedule. This is how customer should be treated.

I came in for general maintenance and oil change, which went well. I was in and out, left within 1 1/2-2 hrs. Manso, the service advisor was good and communicated well.
Of one note, I also had a flat tire on the rear wheel, drivers side. I was told tire had to be changed but they didn’t have any tires available. After the service was completed, I took my car to a tire shop in the same neighborhood. The person said the tire was good, and it was patched up and didn’t require a new tire. One interesting thing was that my rear wheel somehow ended up in the front and front wheel in the back. I’m totally perplexed by this. Because when I went to the tire shop, I informed them it was the back tire, but upon checking, back tire was fine. Which had me at a loss for words, then realizing that the back wheel was on the front. I’m just curious as to how that happened. Is it a common practice to take off the wheels without any issue to check and somehow it was exchanged unintentionally when putting it back on?

Set your expectations low and I guarantee its worse than that . I had to wait over a month for any follow up on Service that was agreed upon. Left messages every other day with zero response or call back .
I had to partner up with Hyundai Corporate Customer Service to get things moving. Even Corporate had an extremely difficult time getting any information or solution. Every direction was met with an obstacle and finally an appointment and they dropped the ball again.
Do yourself a favor take names of the team members that help you even get a cell number. When setting an appointment make sure they can get the job done and have them guarantee it will be ready . I would go as far as recording the conversation. They take no responsibility and have no respect for your time and will gladly throw the blame on another team member!
Hyundai responded to corporate with a lie . This was on the same day the service department called me and made an appointment . They never called my wife and clearly had no idea what was happening. See picture.

I went there for a warranty covered horn replacement. Appointment was at 10:15AM, took about 3 hours to get my car back. They recommended that I get a fuel enhancement, even though I had gotten one a few weeks before. They also recommended an approximate $400 repair to my coolant system, claiming that my coolant levels were depleted and likely contaminated. I declined and took my car keys, got a second opinion. I was told my coolant was perfectly fine and not low at all. I guess they thought they could scare me into getting an unnecessary and expensive repair. Also they had no water available, ran out and said it would take a few hours to get more.
Overall horrible experience at this money grabbing dealership and service center.

This place is an absolute joke. I had a 7:00 AM appointment an appointment just to change a single ignition coil. That’s not a major job. HOURS later, they still hadn’t even touched my car. No update, no apology, nothing. Just left me sitting there like my time means nothing. Why bother giving early morning appointments if you’re not going to honor them? This is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. If you value your time even a little, avoid this place at all costs. I’ll never come back here again, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away from Millennium Hyundai Service Center.

Worst customer service experience. Ever. I've used 3 other dealerships and have had wonderful experiences. But Millennium Hyundai in Hempstead makes me consider leaving Hyundai all together. I would rather leave my car stranded on the side of the road than work with them again. Absolutely zero contact about the state of my car. I had to physically be in the store for them to do anything. The car has been there for 4 days for them to fix a flat tire. And they still arent done! Twice I've been told the car wasn't even in the system. Twice I've been told someone would reach out to me, but they never did. I was told by two different people the car would be ready by 5. Waited for over an hour and a half for the one person they had working to tell me they haven't even started working on it yet and close in twenty minutes. Maybe with this post I'll actually get a resolution and they'll fix my car.
Use any other hyundai than Millennium Hyundai. Seriously. Consider different companies even. Never use the Hempstead Hyundai or the Millennium brand.

Extremely disappointed with Millennium Hyundai. For three weeks, they’ve failed to fix a faulty camera on our lease vehicle. Despite confirming part availability multiple times, we made the trip from Brooklyn, only to be told, after waiting around, that the issue had been misdiagnosed not once, but twice. Each visit has been a complete waste of our time, and the customer service has been consistently indifferent and unhelpful. This is not how you treat customers!!!

From start to finish this facility has blown away other locations in customer service and efficiency. They were able to receive and swap out my transmission within a week of bringing it in for service AND were able to get me a loaner car on the spot while the car was left there ( yes I know this was extra unique, but they offer a great reimbursement deal if you have to get a rental). All the staff were friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, even the service garage set up gives the feeling that every customer gets special attention. I will happily drive the hour+ from Brooklyn to this facility for all my future needs.

I try my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this mechanical service center had to be one of the hardest places to do this with. I brought my car in for an engine replacement under Hyundai's under-100K miles warranty, which was approved & performed. I understand that an engine replacement is no easy job however, the rudeness & blatant strategized carelessness is what made the experience so unpleasant.
After the engine replacement, some maintenance work was recommended. I declined as their prices were incredibly high, but had plans to get this work done at another mechanic & followed through on those plans only to find the following:
1. I had a coolant leak immediately following my engine replacement. It was found that there was a hose which was partially disconnected. My surprise didn't even lie in the bill I paid, but rather in the carelessness of the finding. I assumed that the system which delivers one of the most essential liquids to the engine would have been reconnected securely to the NEW engine. What left me suspicious was that the coolant flush was one of the services I had declined over the phone when they recommended it.
2. There were many screw loose under the hood, some of which I now suspect were left unsecured on purpose so that I would be forced to return to this service center for more mechanical work. These were secured at my routine mechanic & I felt a significant decrease in movement under the hood however, that leads me into my next point:
3. There is a significant wheel wobble which was not there when I dropped the car to the dealership. I knew my alignment needed a readjustment, however I did not leave my car with a wheel almost ready to pop off on the highway. This wheel alignment was also ironically one of the services I had declined upon receiving the call that my car was ready for pick-up.
I can continue to go on about the many other things I found about my car after picking it up from this location, including how my key fob does not at all communicate with my car & the smudge marks left on my backseat (I am not quite sure what they would do back there for an engine replacement but whatever). What still baffles me is how absolutely my service advisors were. It got progressively hard to be polite at the end, but after they then tried to pressure me into buying a new starter by fearmongering & saying that i would be left stranded (which was later confirmed at a different location that the starter had some wear & tear, but that it did not need to be replaced immediately), I had to simply get in my car & tell them I was taking it home.
If I were you, I would avoid this dealership as much as possible. I've gone to other Hyundai dealerships which were quite more respectable & honest. If my car was good enough shape to go elsewhere in the beginning, I would have done so immediately.

Horrible experience, went in for a in warranty claim for a car that had Under 100k miles as per the contract agreement. They proceeded to tell me they couldn’t fix the cat because it had been warrantied already stating it’s already been done once before. I also left the car for an oil change. Picked up the car. And the tech who worked on the car left the screw loose which proceeded to dump my entire oil on the road. They refused to call me back and take any accountability. Sketchy dealer won’t be buying another Hyundai. I’ll gladly speak to anyone to further explain in full detail what a horrible experience this was.
