They have no idea what customer service is and the value of such. We purchased a vehicle and needed adjustments to the financing ( the vsa and wheel agreement). We told we could cancel in early Sept We have spent hours in the dealership trying to resolve. 2 months later still not resolved. Called and was told to come in to sign paperwork and finance person was not there again who set up meeting Was shuffled between sales people and various " managers" with no conclusion. Not satisfied at all.

Warning do not shop here, stay away!!!!! This dealership has questionable business practices and should be investigated by the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs. On November 7, 2023 I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle posted on their website to confirm it was still available and that they would honor the advertised price. I scheduled a test drive for the afternoon and upon arriving the dealership I was greeted and allowed to test drive the vehicle. The car drove fantastic and I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Everything was going well up until the point when I informed the salesman (Moise) I was using my bank to finance the vehicle. I told him I had a certified check written out to Millennium Honda and that I was ready to finalize the deal. At this moment his tone in the conversation changed, it made a 360 degree turn. He indicated he had a call to take, and went missing for about fifteen minutes. During his time of absence my family and I waited at his desk. During this time we had to sit and endure the obscene loud inappropriate conversation a group of Latino male employees were having two desk in front us. I can reassure you, it did not feel like a family friendly environment. It was vulgar and very inappropriate. The Salesman (Moise) finally returned to his desk and I quote " Sir unfortunately I have bad news, the vehicle you chosen is under contract, someone already made deposit on it, unfortunately I am not able to sale you this car. I'll be more than happy to offer you other options." I questioned him, as to why he neglected to check that before I test drove the vehicle. He was definitely trying to up sale me, and did not like the fact I was ready to close out the deal.Fast-forward to November 8, 2023, first thing in the morning I contacted the dealership to speak to a manager and or administrator to voice this complaint. At first the secretary tells me that (Kashmire) the manager would come in at 12:00pm, when I attempted a second time at 2PM she indicated he was not coming in at all and that she did not know when he would be in, I requested to speak to the second person in command only to hear her state he was busy to try him another time. What is this? no professionalism, no accountability, terrible customer service. Save your self a headache, and avoid getting scam. They have crooks and highly unprofessional individuals working.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Came here for two separate occasions an oil change and a car inspection/wheel lock removal. Both times had extremely long wait times around 2-3+ hours. For the car inspection/wheel lock removal I had an appointment and was told it would take 1.5h so I decided to wait. The total time ended up being 3h+ and I saw people who came in after me leave before me. Had to find the service advisor after around 2h to follow up and was told my car wasn't ready. Around 3h+ they told me the inspection was completed and they hadn't even removed the wheel locks. At that point, I very upset that after 3h they didn't finish the two things I had requested. I told them I didn't want the wheel locks removed anymore and the service advisor tried to convince me otherwise. As a consumer I have the right to make the final say as to how I spend my money and I didn't want to spend anymore of my money at a place with terrible service. I will not be a returning customer.

I wasn't going to bother writing this review because it had been quite some time since I visited Millennium Honda, but a "sales rep" texted me today asking me to "update his records with my purchase" and it brought back to mind the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in a dealership.Your dealership treated me absolutely terribly. Initially, you lured me in with a false quote of a lease price from what I now realize is just a sales call woman with absolutely no ability to negotiate. That one is on me. Your team then took my ID to ensure I couldn't leave once I arrived, and then quoted me a much higher price, several times over. Your team refused to give me my ID back as I rejected your new rates, and kept me there for hours and hours, each time promising to bring back numbers closer to my quoted price without giving me my ID back. Mind you, I have a great credit score, have a very good debt to income ratio, and I had leased numerous vehicles, so was not a newbie when it came to the process, so I knew there was no way what I was being quoted was accurate or acceptable. The sales "manager" at the time spoke to me as though I were a child and that he was doing me a favor even giving me the rates i was being offered. I'll never forget it. There was another couple there openly yelling at a sales person to give them back their documents so they could leave. It was an hour and a half long drive from queens in traffic there, and nearly as long back with traffic. As I drove back, I promised myselfI would NEVER step foot in your dealership again. So, to make a long story short...no I didn't purchase from there and never will. You should be either.

We had an appointment with Mauricio but when we got there we were told he’s the manager and we would have to speak with a sales associate. Okay that’s not a problem. He was nice. However anytime we would ask about financial details of the car - for example what is the money factor? His response is idk I would have to ask my manager I’m just the salesman. But in every other dealership we had been to the salesman has had access to that info. Also he would walk away with the paper and hand write the answer to the questions. He never pulled up the info in front of us so there is no way for us to know if the numbers provided was accurate. Seems like a big RED FLAG. Also the guy next to him was super aggressive on the phone with his client. Would not return.

Took my car in to get checked out because I was having sensor error messages appear on the dash. The service rep showed me that the sensor brackets appeared to be loose. We asked them to fix the bracket and they told me the whole thing was busted… as if the car was in an accident. My vehicle is 1.5 years old, was never in an accident and in pristine condition. Well, we saw right through their lies, took the car and got a second opinion. Surprise surprise, the sensor was NOT broken at all. Any mechanic could see that. This dealership is just trying to make a buck by being dishonest and unethical. My instincts saved me $2,000 from what this dealership was trying to make me pay. Now the right thing to do would be to refund me the lousy $200 “diagnostics” fee but since I won’t get my money back, hopefully I can save others from being scammed.

I took my car there on Tuesday dropped it off at 7:18am had a 7:30 appointment. I informed the advisor of the issue that my struts were leaking oil. He told me that under warranty that they could only change one at time. Because thats the policy. I called at 1pm they said he was on the phone he would call me back at 1:45pm no call back. My husband called at 1:50pm. 10 mins later at 2pm he returned my husbands call. My husband said it's been 7 hours he said I told her it would take-a while. No he didn't tell me that at all. I get there at 2:30 he says they put it in the car bay when your your husband called we need 20 more mins. I asked him what was taking so long I had an appointment he said there were cars from the day before. I sat in the waiting area. I was speaking to my husband on the phone he comes over and says your struts are leaking back passenger rear and driver rear. I ordered the part it will be here Thursday. I said do you think they can do both struts in one day he said I will try. Then I asked do they have a courtesy vehicle he said no we have none. I said how long will it take he said no more then 2 hours.Thursday got there at 6:30am first online they open at 7am they didn't open until 7:10 I pulled in. i went into see the advisor. I said the parts department called yesterday the parts are here He said yes I know. i asked if you had one strut the other day why didn't you change that one he said it wasn't leaking to much and if we change it and send it to Honda and they don't think it was leaking enough we wouldn't get reimbursed. I asked about the shuttle to take me to work he said they come in and say shuttle at 8am. it's 8:10 I go to ask the lady called someone they said 10 mins. Now I'm getting ready to leave work I call at 2:30 he is on a break he will call you back. Three o'clock come he calls I said I will be there by 3:30 he said we will need a little more time. now I'm rrally pissed off another 8 1/2 hours. I get there at 3:30 he is standing in the bay chatting. He saw me saw they me check your car he comes back to say we need 20 more mins. Now it's 3:55 I go to the window sign the papers wait outsode for 10 mins for them to bring my car. A lady drives my car down I asked her to wait so I could look to see if the lock for my wheels was in the car. She asked is it there I said No. She said, go inside and speak to your service advisor Steven. I go inside and said the lock for my wheels is not in my car. He says give me a minute let me go get it. He goes to get it. He brings it to me and says, is this the lock. My response was, I don't know it was in the middle of the car and now it's not there he walks outside. He tries it hand it to me and says OK here it is. Have a good night. Now the other issue with that is, if I didn't ask for it, I wouldn't have been able to take the wheels off my car if I need to change the tires because them being irresponsible by not putting it back to in the car.I would honestly say don't go to millennium Honda. This service sucks. It takes eight hours to do a check to see if something is wrong with the car. All they have is excuses. Oh, there it caused from the night before you know what if you can't finish because from the night before you should find a better system than booking appointments the next day.Save yourself the time and the aggravation.DON'T GO MILLENNIUM HONDA SERVICE CENTER.

I must say, the way your representatives have handled my inquiries is absolutely appalling. On multiple occasions, I have been put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, only to be hung up on without any resolution to my concerns. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable company like Honda. Furthermore, I was shocked to encounter a particularly unpleasant experience with a older woman on your service team by the name of Tara Robison who not only hung up on me but also transferred me to different departments without any valid reason.I must emphasize that this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the necessary attention to address my concerns. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction from a company that I have trusted for years.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I believe it is crucial for Honda to uphold its reputation as a reliable and customer-oriented brand. I sincerely hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the quality of service provided by your customer support team.

Worst service advisors ever. Biggest con artists. Took my car to have my AC worked on. Of course they did the free all points Inspection. I was called and told my brakes needed to be immediately replaced as they were less than 20 percent and were about to be metal to metal and grinding. Was also told I would need calibers. All this would be around 2000. The advisor kept pushing me to do brakes and was trying to scare me that my brakes were about to fail on me. Funny thing is I took my vehicle to my local mechanic who inspected my brakes and said I do not need them and I had about 65% use left. Do not believe a word from the service advisors. They try to scare you so they can make a sale.

Simply disgusted by the lack of customer service by those working at this dealership. All of them need a training in basic human decency because all those working there lack it. Went into this sorry excuse of a dealership and no one was willing acknowledge or help me. I can’t say I’m surprised, I’ve seen other low ratings this dealership has received and also heard pretty bad things about this place from other people. Please take your business elsewhere and don’t waste your time here.

Great experience with Millennium Honda. The salesperson, Mr. Davaughn, was amazing and helpful. He knows how to deal with a customer. And price breaking was really clear. This location has no dealer fee, preparation fee, documentation fee, or delivery charge. I like their service. And again, thanks to Mr. Davaughn.
