hyuandia is the worst car to ever buy! stupid things like rear tail light blows out ever 2 months for what ever reason and if you try to take it to a service center theres like a month wait. and i waited a whole month to get a text say to reschedule because of short staff. im just going to junk the car instead of waiting another month and never buy a hyundai again ever

Valet Mode; This feature doesn't work as described in the " My Hyundai App". The app said that it can be turned on and off from the app. After three months of arguing that I misread the app, they finally 'FIXED" the problem. They changed the wording to say that It cannot be turned on from the app. The forgot to change the wording in another paragraph that says that it can be turned on from the app only with select vehicles. They ell me that I have the latest vehicle and therefore it is a "supported vehicle". After two months of wanting to know why I can't turn it on if my vehicle is a "supported vehicle". After many calls and never coming up with a way of fixing the app, a supervisor said let me take a look to see if your vehicle is supported. He comes back to the phone and tells me that he cannot find anything in Writing that says that me vehicle is a "supported vehicle". 5 weeks later they still don't know if I have a supported vehicle. If I call more often, I know what they will tell me. They will tell me that my vehicle is NOT supported. How's that for customer serviceNavigation: The navigation does not say when hook arrive at your destination if it's on the left or the right. This is very important especially in City driving. If your three lanes over on the wr.ong side, then you have to go around the block to make sure ,your on the right side of the Avenue. The service manager at MillEnnius tells me that he never realized the a GPS does that. I have owned cars more years than I would like to count and every GPS (navigation), weather it was hand held, after market or factory installed, all said you have arrive at your destination on the left or right.MPH". Before the last upgrade, I had an icon (MPH) in dthe uppr left hand corner of dthe navigation. This is a very useful especially in the city where speed zones change so drastically fast. They can. Go from 20 to 25 or 35 MPH. That has disappeared. I asked and they said with the upgrade they removed it. They actually thought they could say whatever would suit them and not hear from me again. What I didn't tell them is that it appears and disappears just as quickThe moral of this story is if you can't fix the problem just remove the feature and the customer should be satisfied with their stupidity. The General Manager at Millennium Hyundai, Ravel Mejia, tells me that because not to many people have complained about these issues, that BlueLink will not follow up. I always was under the impression that if you purchased and fully. Paid for something, the company that you purchased that item from was liable and must fix it. This has been going on for 10 months. I am beginning to loose my patience. Today, Ravel had scheduled a telephone appointment with me. This was suppose to be a three way conversation with someone in California. The appointment was set up for 12:00 pm. Needless to say I did not get the call and when I called I was told that he is in a meeting. I called several times afterwards and vaguely mentioned what I wanted to talk to him. About. Four calls later and his excuse changed from meeting to he is speaking with Hyundai and finally she tells me that he will email me. I asked if he was afraid to speak with me on the phone. I told her to tell him to keep his email and show some respect for his customers. The service manager,Chris, that was their prior to Martelli, said to me, "when you purchased this vehicle did you purchase it because of these features working as described. I said I paid for everyone of them and I expect them to work as they should.

I decided to hand in my leased car 3 months earlier. This is the first time I ever leased a vehicle so you can only hope that the finance department at the dealership would give you sound advise. THIS DEALERSHIP DID NOT! The finance manager (R.T.) did not even want to speak to us and sent an another employee to speak to us. They insisted that we pay them the final 3 months of the car lease and not the finance company. So I paid the final 3 months cash and then later called the finance company to let them know of what transpired. The finance company then told me that we NEVER should have done that and that the dealership should have known better and that the finance company would bill me later. So I am just letting you know, at least from my point of view that they are not very honest in the financial aspect of their deealership.

ReviewTitle: Warning - not trustworthy sales staff On September 12 my husband and I visited Millennium Hyundai to look at vehicles to lease. We worked with Trevor as our sales associate. We took a test drive. It had all the expected standards for a modern vehicle including SiriusXM, keyless start, remote start and a good backup camera. I expressed multiple times very clearly, that I wanted, at minimum, a vehicle that had Sirius XM and a remote start. I was willing to compromise on some higher end features to get those two things. After being assured by Trevor that the vehicle we leased had those things we decided to lease a Santa Fe.We picked up the new car on September 19. We were told it didn't have a remote start, but that they would install one for us. We bring the car home only to find out in addition to no remote start, no technology to access Sirius XM, a key ignition and an inferior backup camera.We got the classic bait and switch. We were lied to. I understand my responsibility to read the amenities included in the car but after 6.5 hours in total at the dealership and being reassured by Trevor that my minimum requests were met we committed to the vehicle. I took the automated survey on 9/21 in which I expressed my concerns over the lies and misleading experience. After not hearing back I called Trevor on 9/25 and was assured Vinny the GM would call me back to discuss further. Well, here we are on October 2 still without a call back from the dealership and no installation of the remote start. I am confident we were taken advantage of because of our age, onlyfurther proved by their unwillingness to return my calls and emails expressing my concerns. Clearly they know they were wrong and are not capable of admitting that they've been caught. In conclusion, if you are on a fixed income and are senior citizens do not take your business there as they will prey on you.

This group of people are friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive especially since I was a little anxious! Vinny and Tom were extremely helpful and great to deal with! We have bought 5 cars from Millennial in the past! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Staff at Millennium are top notch. Easy to deal with, no run-around, straight forward. Knowledgeable and fair! Helpful with every step of the process. I wouldn’t consider any other Hyundai dealer on Long Island. I drive out from Suffolk County just to purchase from this team.

We had a great experience at Millennium Hyundai. We found Christina to be friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with. She really gets to know her customers and made herself available to make the the process as smooth as possible. You can tell that she has been in this business for a long time and takes pride in her work. Millenium is lucky to have her on their team!

Christina Canale was my salesperson. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating & I highly recommend her. I hate having to go through that whole scenario with car dealers/salespeople, negotiating back & forth & being pressured but this was was not the case. And Miguel in finance was also very pleasant and accommodating. My experience with Millennium Hyundai was very positive & I highly recommended this dealership.

My husband and I have gotten cars from Millennium Hyundai from around 2010. My 2015 Tucson died and I wanted another. My husband passed away 7 months ago and I explained my financial situation and they worked with me to come up with a lease payment that I could afford and gave me the opportunity to be able not only to pay my bills and mortgage but to also save money for the next lease and myself. The salesman , Arthur, and his boss, Vinny, care about their customers and want to be able to help when they can. I’ll be staying with Millennium Hyundai for a long time. Thank you Arthur and Vinny!

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY 40 YEARS OF DRIVING. From service department straight up to corporate, I have not been able to get satisfaction on a simple tow hitch and wire harness assembly that is OWED to me !! I paid a steep price for a beautiful SUV that should be listed as an SV .

I got yelled at over the phone by a service advisor who wouldn't let me speak and kept talking over me. I tried reasoning with him and all he did was kept yelling at me and then hung up on me. I tried calling again and my phone calls were ignored. I am a calm person and involved in customer service frequently. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life over the phone. He would not even direct me to a manager. Misdirected outrage from seemingly nowhere. I will be filing a BBB formal complaint. No one should be talked to like this especially in customer service.

Spontaneously went to this dealership just to take a look and we wind up walking out with our brand new Hyundai palisades. Clive was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, professional and quick with everything we needed to get done. He’s even followed up to call us and see how we we were doing with the new car. We were there with our 1 1/2 year old son, the staff was so accommodating even changed the channel so that he could watch his show. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Especially Clive he was amazing!! Thank you

I can't comment on anything other than my own experience which was outstanding. My daughter has been saving up quite a while and had her heart set on a Certified Pre-owned SantaFe. We did our research and knew what she wanted to pay CASH not financed. So, after going to a couple other Hyundai dealerships in our area she found a white one here she really wanted to look at. Our salesperson was Omari Strickland and come to find out he is also sales manager. Again, wonderful experience. Never pressured my daughter and when she said she wanted to think (pray) about it he told her if she decided to buy there, he would be happy to get her in what she wanted, and it was no pressure and no calls or texts pushing her in any way. Long story short she decided she wanted the White one from there and we couldn't finish/finalize the sale until the next day due to a late appointment we had. Omari came in the next day on his day off to finalize my daughter's sale and the whole process was smooth and never felt pushed, pressured, hurried or rushed. Great experience and Omari made it all smooth. Thank you
