Got my tires and brakes done easy over there. price was reasonable and it was done within a few hours. place was clean and great. I had forgotten my helmet when I left and they held it for me when i returned. Good place will come back for future repairs

I like the place. I bought my first bike there a few months ago on consignment. I was not an experienced rider so I didn’t really know what I was doing. They were patient with me and all of my questions and concerns about the bike. I had only ridden twice on the street so the owners had it dropped off for me. They’re reasonable people. The only gripes I have is that I didn’t feel communication was great and that the lights on the back wiggled themselves loose which I couldn’t have known bc I couldn’t ride it. It’s was also the beginning of the season, lots of people were in and out of there which I feel I can attribute the communication issue that to since all ended up working out in the end. Overall, I had a pretty pleasant experience and would recommend them.

I called them to see if they could put new tires on my trike. Told them several times it was a trike and was quoted $160. Bring it in and when I picked it up they said my rear rim is bent so they couldn't get the wheel to balance. Then told me they misquoted the price ...thought it was 2 wheels and said price is $260 and wanted me to order a new rim from them. Rim was fine when I rode it in so I brought it to a friend's autoshop since the rear wheels are car tires. Friend took one look and said they didn't mount the tire on the wheel correctly. Nothing wrong with the rim at all..took 5 minutes to deflate and soap the tire to get the bead on the wheel! My advice is stay away. You can see how the tire is not mounted correctly if you look at the bottom of the picture.

#1 motorcycle shop in the neighborhood, I recommend this shop to every rider I meet. Prices are very fair and the service is fast. Most work gets done within the day, and George really knows his craft. Order parts with Vanessa to save $. Skip the weeks of waiting to get legally robbed by a dealership and get your work done here ??

Go elsewhere! I took my bike in for an inspection as my regular place only does them on the weekend. Watched them scour over my bike and then tell me it wouldn't pass inspection without a new front tire (which had plenty of tread).Two days later, took my bike to Triumph in Bellmore (not my regular place either) and what do you know, it passed inspection without any issues! I realize that shops don't make money on inspections, but they shouldn't try to extort customers either.The low rating on Yelp was right and I should have paid attention to it. Take your business elsewhere!

I change my 5 stars to 1. I would put negative 1. Took my bike to get inspected, went inside and to get the inspection person. Came out, the lady said my bike had a flat in one second. I just put air in it. A guy came from across the street and said it had a flat. It was very suspicious. They immediately tried to charge me 115 for a front tire. (There was no nail / no signed of damage). Plus they do not patches. I left. This was way too suspicious. Never bringing my bike back here. This place was great, now it out right dangerous. I cannot leave my bike without someone touching it with out me knowing. People be aware!!

I dropped my bike off June 20th 2022 to check my chain, get an oil change, inspection, and I had an F1 error message. Since I live in the Bronx it’s extremely inconvenient to get all the way out to Long Island but since I have been doing business here for a few years I did not want to go to a closer bike shop. Sadly they kept my bike for almost a month. I called several times and I kept getting “it should be ready tomorrow” but no one ever followed up. Finally on July 19th I get a call that the bike was ready. I leave work takes me over 3 hours to get there and no inspection was done, chain is a bit loose, and they tell me my fork seal is slightly leaking. None of this was mentioned before I took the 3 hour commute over there on public transportation. I will NEVER give them my business again. Poor customer service and lack of respect for customers.
