I went today to do one nail over and it was done in 5 minutes. The lady rushed and told me she needed to handle other customers and my nail came out looking horrible. I wish I could give 0 stars.

MELIDA’s ATTITUDE was horrible tried to get a pedicure today had an appointment however when the Hispanic lady came in and was scheduled after my appointment she allowed her to skip me and did her feet Very unprofessional behavior as much as we the public spend in there for years why just cater to your own kind everyone should be treated fairly and respected always an issue with pedicures Go somewhere else this place is very ghetto!!!!Service: Acrylic nails

The nails tech are busy they want to do what they want to do with your nails . When you ask them to fix the nails more thick or whatever they get upset and start talking in their language. They doLike a 10 min Job when a nailsShould be well prem . Never coming here again .

I had a 10 o’clock appointment this morning and when I arrive into the establishment of star nail it was very on organized with the appointments I never seen a group of black women act like animals unprofessional overwhelming the nail tech about there appointments And it made me feel very uncomfortable and in the establishment I don’t think I’m gonna go again and have to experience that type of behavior but overall it’s very clean and the nail techs a very nice

This place is a hot mess. Its so unorganized. I usually go to Joy and she's a great tech but people leave out after waiting. The worse feature is you call for an appointment and still waiting to be done. Soooo frustrating. I'm going back to Queens long island is weird.Services: Acrylic nails

Save yourself the time, don't even bother going here. The staff was nice but the paint job was awful. Went in for a mani/pedi. I had to ask the lady to take the polish off my nails because they were so sloppy ! There was polish all over my cuticles, and the entire nail wasn't painted evenly. I paid for nothing because I asked her to take it off and left. So annoyed ! And the pedicure get nice, but still sloppy paint as well.
