I came into this tmobile to do an upgrade for my son, one thing bad thing is sometimes there is extremely long wait times, But once you are attended they are very knowledgeable. The person who attended me that day Emanuel was very friendly and told me about a deal for buying 2 iPhones. I ended up buying one for myself too. He also told me about an apple watch but i didnt want to spend too much that day.

I went in to upgrade my phone and Emmanuel looked like he hated his life. Short on his responses and I am quite sure he did not want to help. So we left to another T-Mobile store. Another customer lost. Next time stay home.

I went in for a what I thought would be a in and out exchange however the process took about an hour or so. I must say I was beyond satisfied with the service Emmanuel A. Provided. Emmanuel was patient and very knowledgeable, he explained every step with detail. Emmanuel ensured that I was comfortable and understood everything that was being done to my account. I must say I am extremely happy I switched from Verizon to T mobile, I only hope we all get to experience amazing customer service like Emmanuel provided tonight. Thank you!

The Terrible store manager kicked me out for brining my bike in the store so it wouldn't get stolen. It costs $3000.00 with custom built parts, so I am not leaving it anywhere questionable. This store is in one of the worst areas in New York, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I needed to buy a new phone and wanted to purchase a Google Pixel 7. I have a You Tube channel and my Pixel 6 completely died in the middle of filming a video. Instead of making a $700 sale- the manager was more concerned with finding any excuse to not help customers and be rude. He must have thought because I am on a bicycle, I must be broke. He couldn't be more wrong. My You Tube channel makes more than $700 a month, and I work full time for a bank in Manhattan, so I am far from broke. After telling me to get out, he asked me what I came in for. I told him to buy a Google pixel 7. He immediately changed his attitude and asked if he could help. I said, No, you just told me to leave, so I will. What a huge loss because I went to T-Mobile West Hempstead- the manager there had no problem with my bike, and I purchased my phone there. Retail stores have taken such a turn for the worse since Covid. It has given the country an excuse to be lazy and avoid responsibilities. No employees say hello or even greet customers. I now feel like I am bothering every store I walk into because the kids they hired are too busy on their cell phones, or talking to other employees to even make eye contact with customers, and there's no chance they care if there is any money made for the business. When I grew up I was taught that even if you are shoveling dog poop, you are the best at it and never give the boss reason to call you lazy. Kids today get $20 an hour to use their phones and hide from customers. I am not sure why these companies don't know why they are failing. Mystery shop any one of your stores and see how pathetic your employees are. I can't wait for AI to take the jobs away from people that refuse to work!

Once upon a time they use to actually practice customer service. I use to think the certified dealer on Peninsula was the problem when it was this store the whole entire time. Between going back & forth with customer service rep between both #611 & being present in the physical store. Nobody is quite clear on what they’re suppose to do. I suggest yall go to the Corporate store in West Hempstead toward Elmont for everything or mall kiosk Tmobile for sales. Granted, you might have to order your phone or call ahead for item availability but at least you’re at the start and end of confusion. The last time I had going business with this store, was 2016/17. Go to West Hempstead if you value your time and money.

They have 0 customer service skills and were very condescending. I went to upgrade my phone. I did my research on the tmobile app and went in. I tried speaking to a rep there. An older hispanic gentleman. I felt like he profiled me and didn't think I was worth the time to help out. He rushed me instead of listening to me and was condescending. I ended up going to the Grand Ave. location and purchasing the phone and accessories. If he had any customer service skills and didn't profile me, I would have spent the $2000 at that store. I won't be going back.
