Not recommended. The customer service is terrible, they don't pay attention, they are rude and they waste people's time. Better to go to any other branch, but not this one.

Absolute worst branch I have ever been to in my entire life. An hour wait on a drive thru line that had 5 cars total is absurd! This location is the absolute worst and I will drive to any other branch even if it means going 15 minutes out of my way!

The service wasn't good. During lunch I had to wait almost 40 minutes to see a bank teller. There were at certain times two tellers and sometimes only one causing long lines and people who are frustrated.

I never felt more disrespected in my life!! I went to this location to cash a check from my job and The security guard followed me around the bank like I was a shop lifter and After an exchange of work invited me outside to fight . Very unprofessional I felt like the staff was very judgmental and unhelpful. The teller did nothing and the manager told me what they could do / should do but did nothing. The customer service was nonexistent I will never step foot in this location again I am very upset and I do plan on seeking litigation

I would just like to say this is the worst TD Bank I have ever been to in my life. The manager told me to come back 8:30 in the morning and made me wait lot of hours and straight up lied to my face. I went 2 miles down to the TD Bank in Hicksville And they did everything within seconds, and it was the best customer service I have ever received but this TD Bank please stay away. I never write a review. I don’t see a point to it but Please don’t ever go in your life

Teach your staff if the deposit isn’t 10,000 or more there’s no need to ask for some ones identification card and Social Security number especially if it’s a employee for a company which he/she doesn’t own. Reporting a person depositing money can affect ones taxes.” The bank needs your Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number to report any interest income you earn to the IRS.”

0 star review, not even a 1!Pretty sure the worst service by TD. Unfortunately they don’t care even if you make complaints to corporate. They ha ve money to a family member without my Authorization! I would avoid this place. The managing teller is probably the worst!
5 star for the security guard, dee dee and the few tellers that work there!
