I love this particular TJ Max store. Always clean, well, and properly stocked compared to the one on Five Town Plaza. I don't mind driving long miles to go to this branch. Well done and great job to the manager and the whole team.

I visited this store on January 9, 2025 at approx 11am. While on line, I noticed the customers in front of me were leaving with their pruchases in their hands; no bags. When I got to the register, the sales clerk informed me that the store doesnt have any bags, but that I could purchase a tjmaxx shopping bag. I said no thanks, your store should compensate me or give me the bag at a discount or free. Poor management

I’ve been a frequent shopper at T.J.Maxx and Marshalls for years, but recently, I’ve noticed a decline in the shopping experience. Many of the stores I’ve visited lately have been messy, disorganized, and overcrowded with merchandise.
The aisles are often cluttered, making it difficult to navigate, especially during busy hours. Items are frequently out of place or piled haphazardly, which makes finding what I need more time-consuming. Additionally, some areas, like the fitting rooms or checkout lines, seem understaffed, leading to longer wait times and a less enjoyable shopping experience.
I understand these stores are popular and receive high foot traffic, but better organization and maintenance would make a huge difference. I hope management can address these issues to restore the pleasant shopping environment I’ve always enjoyed.

If your looking for quality merchandise at bargain prices this is the place, although some things you can get cheaper a little cheaper online, the prices at TJ Max are still fair, the upside is that you can see what your buying,

First off the store doesn't have much of a selection! I was going to purchase jewelry for mother's Day but the associate acted as if I was bothering her. The bathrooms are locked and you have to wait for someone to come unlock them. I just didn't have a good experience
