I brought my silver/white phone in for a back glass repair, and the experience has been really frustrating. I’ve had to go back four times because the repair wasn’t done correctly. Each time, white marks appeared under the glass, which were very noticeable on my phone, even though he said he would dry it with his machine. At one point, he added extra glue to the edges without asking me, which made it look worse and noticeable on the edges. Even now, the back still has white marks and black edges, and it honestly looks worse than when I first brought it in. The phone works fine, but the quality and communication were disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you want a clean, professional repair.
