Rented a U-Haul cargo van for a move & was not disappointed. The van was clean, had connection for my USB phone charger. The pick-up & drop off was easy & only required a cellphone to take pictures & do everything online. I rented it for 24hrs but only used it for a few & was pleasantly surprised of how easy the return was even after hours. I will definitely rent again!

Car hauler strap was ripped.. then they charged me 500+ to rent a broken car hauler for 3 day which makes no sense. How does 54 dollars a day translate into 500+ dollars? Complete rip off every time.

Price was good, staff friendly and courteous, I'm 61 and at first found the new process to rent a truck a little overwhelming , the staff walked me thru it and that feeling went away, will definitely go back when I need to move things which everyone knows can become emotionally draining

I returned equipment as I received and they want to charge me $40 cleaning fee outrageous! The front desk man was nice so I gave him the stars but bad experience

The store manager Diego didn't make eye contact had his ear buds in the whole time. Took me 30 mins to get get the paper work done with a reservation. Employee didn't do the final check with me when i returned the truck. Over all zero stars, hope i never have to visit this place again.

I previously had decent experiences when I used uhaul years ago. Most of the issues were with corporate uhaul and their general remote customer service, NOT as much the on-site staff. I called the day before asking if I could pick up the truck at 6 am instead of 7 am. They confirmed everything would be good and ready. There were so many issues with checking in on the app when I arrived at 6:30am and customer support took over an hour to resolve my issues. Then I find out the equipment I ordered wasn't even in the truck so I had to wait until someone at the location came in at 8 am. The man who came in quickly assisted me but it should not have been an issue in the first place. The customer service line asked if I could go to another uhaul if I couldn't wait but I had no choice since I had no ride. Terrible experience.

They charged me for damage to the moving truck. I had the Uhaul agent inspect it with me in person on return. When I got my bill they had charged me $150 deductible for damage they didn't find until after I left which they said was visible from the inside and that they had caught on camera at return. I returned the same day only to be told the damaged truck had already been rerented. I was not given a damage report and when I asked to see the footage catching the damage on camera they said only the manager can rewind the footage. And guess what there is no manager to show me. While there another customer was also complaining that her bill had been padded as well.
