“This place is awesome now that it is Synergy. Very convenient to get all my after work shakes on premises and the prices are waaaaay cheaper than other shake shops in town. Also the merch is phenomenal and well made and again is nice to be able to grab wraps or a t-shirt if forgot my own stuff. The owner Vinny is not only very nice but is very knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking a few minutes to educate people on their nutrition needs and answer any questions about proper technique or exercises for training. All in all the best place in LB for your nutrition needs!”

Over the past years, she has guided me through multiple phases of my wellness journey, from weightlifting and inflammation support, to now as I am transitioning into Pilates, and more body based workouts. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful with her recommendations, and takes the time to truly educate, not just sell.
I came in today thinking I needed to cancel my membership, and instead, she took the time to show me a whole other side of GNC focused on supplementation, balance, and long-term support. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and intentional, always making sure I understand my options and save money while still prioritizing my health.
