Absolutely disgusting and and racist condescending attitude from the manager, beware don’t bank at this institute people act as if they are doing you favors to retrieve money that belongs to you. Never been racially profiled in my like until today

I am a young black male not to mention This bank is very racists I was banking with them from 2021 on to 2023 and I decided to save my checks and hold them rather than getting direct deposit. Sometime in 2023 I decided to cash all my checks at once! The banker automatically assumed it was fraudulent because it came from the same company. He still assumed it was fraud even after seeing that I have been working here and depositing the same checks for 2 years. He didn’t do any thorough research , didn’t look back at my account or anything to verify. He just automatically closed the account and now I can’t bank with them ever again for no reason.

Terrible experience with no one wanting to help us, very unprofessional and unwilling to assist. Will not be returning to this branch again. They were focusing on going home rather than assisting existing customers with their issues. Very unsatisfied and disappointed shame on the team

I went twice and Evelin my teller was very friendly, she treated me very cordially, she was efficient and on top of that she answered my questions and taught me some things. She treated me so well that she made me feel like family.

I want to thank my Teller Sandra for assisting me with a check that was giving me a runaround! Unfortunately this bank doesn’t have great reviews but I had a pleasant experience. I implore you practice patience when you’re there because the employees have to cover their tracks dealing with transactions. ?????? thank you Sandra ?

The worst branch! The employees are Rude and Slow! I will drive further to avoid this horrible branch. I love Wells Fargo Bank, but they need to internally renovate the people representing them here!
