Today 12/22/2023 at 3100 E Henrietta Rd,Ny 14467 I can say I do hang out and buy my goodie’s on my break,But today I came in it was a small line then 30SECONDS later it was a rush and one of your managers didn’t same to care that it’s a rush of customers in the store so my approach to the line I need to numbers played lotto numbers now I know if I have more then 2 number I would have to write them down so In this case I approached but it was a new trainee that wasn’t familiar with the lotto system obviously, the manager with the experience should have known this before I approached because it was very busy out that she figured the trainee didn’t know anything about the system of lottery. She steps up with a very nasty attitude, very nonverbal, rude, sarcastic way I feel that she do not deserve the job because she does not understand hospitality management at all times 360 no matter what I’m just putting in my complaint because I know 711 it is a great place we need great managers, great attitudes, great energy and great worth ethic in the hospitality. I have begun frequenting this place for some morning tacos. And your staff member Jasmine, besides being very attractive, has the best personality I have seen in awhile. Very outgoing and bubbly, very positive and smiley! Seeing her in the morning makes for a great day! Keep up the good work! And the tacos are excellent also!

Well I recently slipped and fell at the door of 7eleven two employees witnessed it and ones exact words were that’s two today are you ok it was almost me yesterday nobody helped me up and now I can’t get in contact with anyone to follow up and this happened September 24

A horrible experience...and unfortunately it's not the fordt time. Not stocked food items..hot dogs, cheese for nachos, jalapeños, or Italian dressing for subs, A lot of times I go in and the Icee machines are down. The floor is unkempt..Get it together.

The cashier Alexis is extremely rude and has the police on speed dial for anyone that questions her. I went in to get clarification on the hours that high school students are allowed in the store because she threw my 15 year old out twice. She proceeded to call the police on me when I asked why the restrictions were not posted so everyone is aware. I will no longer be giving them my business. I truly hope that her consistent monopoly of the police officers time does not prevent them from tending to actual emergencies.**Update: Do not bother sending additional information when the company requests it. It is a waste of time as they only want to appear to care about your concern but will not follow up.
