This place needs to be reported to the health department… stayed here two weeks ago with a friend…room had bed bugs and cockroaches not just one species but American cockroaches and German cockroaches carpet was very sticky refrigerator and microwave provided housed cockroaches toilet didn’t work bathroom was atrocious and to have the good Wyndham name is even crazier…and also to be located in the beautiful prosperous town of Henrietta is even crazier…terrible terrible place

It felt, and looked, like the kind of place that can be rented by the hour. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I would NEVER stay there again, nor recommend anyone I liked to stay there. The outlets were practically falling off the wall. The bathroom counter was broken and unusable. The bed was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The shower didn't appear clean either. I didn't bother scoping it out further, no point since I definitely was not showering there.

This hotel probably wasn't nice when it was first built and it hasn't been updated since then. Most of the buildings are condemned with buckling walls. Carpets were filthy. If we weren't desperate for a hotel room due to a mixup at another hotel on RIT's parents weekend we would have left. Absolutely no other hotel rooms available in Rochester that night. Seriously considering sleeping on the couch in my son's apartment. It probably would have been the better choice.

Reserved a room here during the Rochester Lilac festival. Do not look at the photos in the ad. It looked nothing like this at all. I have traveled a lot, and this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in 30 years. We arrived late, and it was during the lilac fest, so did not seem much choice. Room dirty, building falling apart, would not take a shower because it looked like someone had mixed paint in the tub- and splattered it on the walls. There was NO security. I had chosen this because of inside doors, off a hallway which would seem safer, but ALL the EXTERIOR DOORS were broken open, so stepping out of my room after dark would be like stepping out into an unlit dark alley. Would have tried the attached club for music but was not willing to unlock my door and wander out through the deteriorated building knowing I would have to come back through even later. It amazes me that any reputable hotel company would allow their name to be attached to this place.

When I first arrived I thought the place was closed. There were no cars around. I was dirty and unkept. The registration office was not clearly identified. The room was not maintained. two of the light fixtures were not safe to use. This was the only room they were renting! Like I stated, the place looks closed.

Stay away I've traveled for business and stayed at alot of hotels .DAYSINN should be embarrassed by this place . The photos do not display the run down , hotel as it is now . Nothing is kept up. Looks run down almost appears to be a shelter instead of a hotel . The rooms are run down . The curtains are torn . STAY

Very disappointed. I booked on the Wyndham web site. It said only one room available! That's because they only have one room that's useable. All the rest of the place is a dump.

My husband made reservations here a few weeks ago as a pit stop on our way to Detroit from Maine. The door to our room required brute force to open. There were dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door. The smell in the room was awful - mildew, cigarette smoke, who knows what else. The physical building of the hotel was crumbling, stained, and ripped, there was a screaming child somewhere, and a dude with face tattoos walked by twice. We turned around and left. Went to a Super 8 down the road which seemed like a mansion after this hotel.

Very, very dirty! Should have paid 25.00 yet it cost 300.00 because the area was in demand. It was very scary. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The photos are about 40 years old!Safety: We did not feel safe being there.

Please for the love of god tear this place down. Possibly the worst hotel a person could stay at. From the second you open the door to your room your hit with smell of death. Once you enter the room you wonder if and when the last time this place was cleaned. I can pretty much guarantee you that they only use a handful of rooms. I booked this place thinking it has the Days Inn name should be fine, what I should of done is read the reviews. Doesn’t get much worse then this place.

I gave this place 1 star because the employee at the front desk was kind and wanted to accommodate us.Other than that, this place is a dive. I don't mind dated accommodations, but this place is DIRTY!! Gross windows, mold, spit spray all over the bathroom mirror and carpets that I wouldn't walk on without shoes. I wouldn't even take a shower because it was so gross. Landscaping was overgrown and trash in the bushes. Front desk gave me another 2 rooms to try and they were just as bad. It's criminal that a place would charge over $300 (plus taxes) for one night due to college graduation weekend. Capitalism at its finest. They have you over a barrel and they know it. Poor ethics. Just a cash grab. The advertised light breakfast meant juice and coffee machines. No coffee and the juice machine was out of order.Historical google reviews show a pattern of management responding to poor reviews with canned corp replies. If 5 years of poor reviews hasn't changed their tune, mine won't either. A refund and apology is the only appropriate response. For anyone thinking about staying here, don't. Pick a place further from your graduating school. You'll save money and get some sleep.Update: Response from Owner says asking for a refund on a review is hard to approve so I will call the office and request it. Will post an update after I get a response.Update: Called office. They said the manager would call me back. Never heard from them again. Don't waste your time or money here.

Stayed here for the night as we was in a big truck. Says truck parking but they don't realize a big truck needs more room to get in and out. Luckily next door was a small truckstop so we paid to park over there. Yes we read reviews of hotel but still chose it based off of truck parking. We thought if Wyndham put their name on it how bad could it be. Let's just say it had hot water. We went to get clean sheets as they hadn't changed them. Bedding was horrific. We even went to our truck to get our blanket. No remote for TV. Not even coffee in the lobby. $70 you expect a little more than this. We aren't people that have to stay somewhere fancy but you expect cleanliness when you stay anywhere. Thankful for the hot shower.
