Very convenient location. The staff is exceptionally nice and welcoming upon arrival. Coffee around the clock is always hot. Very home-like feeling and quit! All around this is 100% the best bang for your buck if you're visiting the Rochester area. It's affordable and spicy and clean. Amy the GM is always at work with her warming smile devotion to the Marriott she is always willing to jump out of her comfort zone to make sure her guests are very well taken care of and happy! It really was a great Experience and this is my 100% go to for my family and friends.

Stayed when I visited with my family. The rooms were clean and the person at food service named Yahaira was so helpful when I asked for hot water for my sick kid. While she was also refilling the breakfast when there was so many at breakfast . Thank you!

This is the most affordable , quality stay j have ever had but Marriott! This place stays spotless , manager has the prettiest smile and the most positive , house warming approach that will make anyone feel welcome. The staff is always available to answer questions and help when need weather it's extra linens and a clean up or just shooting the breeze about New Yorks freezing temperatures they are Great! Breakfast has a wide variety of choices to kick your day off balanced and on the right foot!!! Hands down this place has it together and I would recommend to anyone coming to the area!!! Not every place in New York is the greatest for sure but this place is!! Thank you!
Rooms: Spotless , spacious , warming and comfortable!!!
Safety: Upgraded technology in the whole building!!!
Food and drinks: Great selection! Hot coffee around the he clock!!!

I have nothing but all positive things to say about this place. The front desk man was very nice , greeted us with a smile and was so accommodating allowing us to checked in early. The server at the breaks fast buffet was very friendly, kept the area clean , the food was good - and probably one of the best hotel breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the location is convenient to everything. Excellent service !

Lost my credit and debit cards, leaving me with nothing but Apple 🍎 Pay. They worked with me on multiple issues. The manager and staff always greeted me. As a hold member and future ritz Carlton ambassador this is the type of place I enjoy when I'm on a business trip.

Very clean and quiet rooms. You can't hear much from the other rooms.
The hotel does serve breakfast but there isn't any other food in the hotel except a grab and go that mainly has chips or bars.
If you arrive late, your options to eat are fast food since the entire area shuts down mostly at 9pm, with a lot of places being closed Sunday or at 7pm.
They advertise filter water, but the machine is mostly turned off, after breakfast. You will have to go into the gym to use the water dispenser there, but it's inside the pool area, which closes after 11pm. And if there are kids in the water, is covered in puddles of water.
The staff is really friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cancelled my room without any reason or informing us. Left us stranded late at night and still charged my credit card for the night. Terrible people. I wouldn't trust the management or staff at this location. Corporate Marriott should investigate this location for their unethical and unlawful practices.

When I checked into this hotel with my two five-year-old children in the middle of the night, the front desk staff seemed to be unfamiliar with their job. It took a long time for them to confirm our room. When we entered our room, we found two cups of coffee and leftover food from the previous guest on the table. There were used towels hanging on the bathroom door, and there was still some toilet paper left in the toilet. This was the first time I had stayed in such a terrifying hotel.

Needed a place to stay while traveling to Ohio the rooms were clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good with a good assortment of fresh foods. I was very surprised that they had organic valley milk which was perfect for our 18 month son, as we needed some. No complaints, good value would stay here again.

Update* We have found 3 green boogers on the side of the Fitted sheet in our room. Do you even wash your sheets? One of our towels is also dirty. This is by far the worst Marriott I’ve stayed at. This place is beyond disgusting.
After checking in we head to our room and open the door to find the room was still in use/never cleaned with towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk to be told “it shouldn’t be”. I specified the room had towels on the floor and the bed a mess. Guess that got the point across. They finally give us a room that is clean but now the front office won’t respond about errors connecting to their WiFi. Good luck if you stay here. Not worth the $$.
