Love the EV level 2 car charging. Two Tesla chargers and one generic J1772 chargers, but cords probably only cover two spaces. The chargers are all the way around the left side of the building and good chance of not being blocked be ICE cars. Hotel is 75% renovated and our room was very nice and clean. Friendly staff and even delicious scrambled eggs (not boxed) for breakfast.

The room is quite small. The bed is nice, however, it’s smells somewhat funny. I had a room on the ground floor. There was a light in front of the hotel shining directly into my window. This makes it hard to sleep.

Great place to stay. Went down for some breakfast and forgot card to get back into room. No one at front desk so we could get another card but luckily for us Darlene ( kitchen staff) ask if we needed something, and made numerous phone calls and finally got access to a master card and got us back into our room. This lady needs to be recognized for her willingness to help and taking the initiative to get the help we needed. She said she's retired and doing the work to keep busy, maybe she should be running the front desk? She certainly appeared to be more than capable. Thank you Darlene for saving a couple of stranded hotel guests!

This is a great location for a base for shopping. Only issues was room wasn't ready at 4:15 even though was reserved and check-in was 3 pm. Then went to put water in the fridge and there was a big put of last person's drink, then saw phone laying on floor between bed a night table that's between the 2 beds.Pulled phone out and along with it came a half of a breakfast type bar.

Still waiting over an hour to check in. No one at the front desk. No one answering the phone. We were finally checked in after 11pm.Thermostat in room read 86 degrees, no bar soap on the bathroom sink and a dirty pillowcase was waiting for me on the bed.Probably will never book at this property again.

Bathroom could be bigger. Shower is just wide enough. Feels like my shoulders are only couple inchs from wall and shower door. Shower head is nice. Bed is comfy. Lady at desk was nice helpful at check in.

Weed smell permeating our room was so bad it kept waking us up. It seemed to be coming through the ventilation system. All else with the hotel was fine but the weed completely ruined the stay. I see someone else had the same complaint 2 yrs ago. I resent having to breathe someone else’s smoke. This needs to be addressed.

If you want a clean room, a comfortable bed, a startlingly good breakfast, and a very convenient location, stay here. It’s a ‘retro’ hotel saved from being called dated by selective upgrades (eg the bathrooms) and very careful cleaning. The service was friendly, but the computer problems are obviously a familiar reality. The breakfast is what sets it apart: it’s the usual Fairfield breakfast … done with real care and attention. All the usual options, plus gluten-free, lactose free, a very wide range of cereals; V-8 juice; at least 8 types of tea, plus hot chocolate and coffees. There is also fruit - and that’s when I realized just how much thought someone has put into this: the bananas were carefully arranged in order from green through yellow to heavily speckled.

Staff was very rude! The mixture of incompetence and condescension from Kenny at the front desk would have been more humorous had we received our rooms in a reasonable time. Also received an attitude when we back because our room card didn't work. Like it was our fault he programed the card wrong. I would recommend hiring someone more hospitable and with the ability to operate a computer for your receptionist position. Regardless irrelevant for us as we will not be returning.

Quiet location, small hotel. Ice and snacks are only on 1st floor. No room service unless you specifically request. Volume on the TV is capped and pretty sure the HVAC programmed temp is off by 3-4 degrees. Had to crank it down to 67-68 to get 72 comfort level. Fridge was dialed down so low it didn't chill anything. I pulled fridge out and found adjustment dial on the back. Turned the fan on "ON" so I could sleep good and when I woke up at 2p it was off. Appears hotel has the fans on automatic shutoff or they are shutting them off after on so long. The room was pretty clean and they offered a pretty good array of breakfast items. Bed was decently comfortable. All and all not a bad hotel. But thought it was a bit over priced for what you get.

When using the pull out bed, there's a sign that says linens and pillows in the closet.. We stayed here twice only once was there a pillow in the closet.. went to the desk they were very quick to get us things.. The first time I had to use the pull out bed, There were sheets on it, but they had either been there an extremely long time or had been used.. And not removed.. They more than apologized for this! I would definitely stay here again.. Both times the people working were so nice..

Very good hotel. Clean rooms, enough parking lots, working printer in the guest print station, a little bit short of options for the breakfast during a couple of days, but overall really good experience.

Not a good showing for Marriott. We’re loyal customers and we’ve stayed in just about every brand in areas across the country. The person who took our reservation screwed it up and then the person at the front desk took 40 minutes to resolve it. He was commenting on how he hadn’t seen something like this and had to call his manager which a) wasn’t professional, b) wasn’t in any way helpful and c) didn’t get us checked in any faster. When we finally got to our rooms, mine was dirty. There were visible smudges of some sort on the table/desk that I worked around and then there was either coffee or makeup on the bathroom counter that showed up when I put a towel down for a moment.Breakfast was probably the only redeeming part because they randomly had an excellent gluten-free selection and my wife is celiac. Well done there!Location is convenient enough… close to 90 and easy to get food.Rooms: My room wasn’t clean - there were smudges on the tabletop and what appeared to be coffee or makeup in the bathroomWalkability: Not walkableFood & drinks: Lots of fast food and other restaurants nearby

Rooms are decent size and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Service is good. Would have given it a higher rating, however, the beds were below average. Mattress was thin and subpar. Would not recommend for anyone who needs a comfortable bed to sleep.

IWe love this place. It is my favorite hotel when we come to Rochester NY. The handicap room is excellent.it has a walk in shower, an extra wide shower chair, plenty of grab bars. The shower water is always hot..the room is perfect. And Amber the General Manager is a delight. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and professional. What a sweetheart. And our last visit we met Carrie the breakfast lady. She was so friendly and even when we were late she made sure we had plenty to eat. And the maintenance guy Shane. I can't say enough about this young man. He went out of his way to help me repair my mobility device. Yhe cleaning staff is wonderful. Our room was always well organized and we have plenty of towels. All in all the staff and the hotel makes us feel like we are in our home away from home when we are here.
