I brought my sister in for bladder pain and a past uti that might be continuous. She was already uncomfortable and scared. Usually the staff here have been so kind and gentle. We came in later at night so it’s understandable to want to hurry the process. A man named Michael Bentley came in to assist us. When he came in he cut us off multiple times and said “no I want to know the symptom now”. He continued to talk down to us when we asked questions as if we were questioning his judgement and proceeded to tell us she had a uterine torsion while talking about twisting ovaries (contradicting statements) making my sister cry in fright. He was dismissive towards any questions we had about women’s health. He told us there was blood in her pee and to go to the ER. We are now at the ER where multiple nurses and doctors told us that she wasn’t nearly in enough pain or had the symptoms for such things and looked back in the records to confirm that the results for her urine showed very unlikely traces of blood. Michael quickly tried to diagnose my sister while talking down to us and bringing up issues without correct facts. His mistakes caused a lot of unnecessary emotional and physical stress that could have been easily avoidable if he listened to and respected his women patients.

Yesterday was my second visit in a two or three year period. Each time I found the staff friendly, thorough, and helpful. Thank you!

Great Care. Took care of a wound and taught me how to treat it. When I came back for follow up, continued to help me understand what to do. Got in and out quick. Doctors and staff were wonderful

My sister came in with chest pain and shortness of breath and the secretary said to go to the ER since it’s a long wait . Since when are secretary’s able to make clinical decisions about patients care? A provider or nurse should have been at least notified for an assessment .. Wildly unprofessional

My experience at this location was not good. As a medical professional who sees a patient with an upper respiratory problem, the RN or PA should have listened to my lungs and breathing. She should have checked my throat. Unfortunately, she didn’t do any of these steps. She just checked my ear and then she left. Total time was less than a minute or two. As a 20-year RRH patient, I do not think this type of treatment is meeting the standards of immediate care or any doctor visit. I am unsatisfied with this visit.

Calling the police and falsifying a police reto. Try to get somebody to come in for something. They don't feel comfortable coming in for it is because of staff members like you that I do not want to go to any hospital.

Insanely rude person on the phone. Called to ask if my records from URMC were available here (I thought they were) lady on the phone said “nope” and hung up on me.

Thank goodness for the professional team at RRH Urgent Care. Went there yesterday for what I thought was an embedded tick in an impossible (for me) location. Greeted by several welcoming team members as soon as I walked in. Registration was fast and easy. Intake nurse was efficient and incredibly pleasant - as was everyone - and she was most understanding and sympathetic to my plight. My blood pressure was through the roof due to worry about Lyme disease, etc., and the fact that the tick was in a very embarrassing location - but she was so calming and reassuring that my levels went down after a few minutes. The doctor was equally kind and considerate and had me out of there in under five minutes. Best of all - it wasn't a tick. Yet, no one berated me for wasting their time. A wonderful experience. Also, the facility was immaculate and as comfortable as it could be for anyone who needs to be there.

Arrived later in the evening around 7 and was out shortly after 8. The nurse (Everett I think?) was super nice and receptive to any information we shared which is always nice when you want to give more context to HCPs that have never seen you before! The Nurse Practitioner we saw was also kind and understanding and although we didn't have any answers out of it, their help was reassuring that nothing potentially bad was happening. The building seems well kept and we would come back again!

When I went in on Wednesday I waited in the office for over two hours before being released. Today I'm trying to ask about test results and I've been on the phone for over 45 minutes and still counting just waiting to talk to someone. Very frustrating.

I went there on Saturday at 9:10am. The sign in the door says that they are open on Saturday at 9:00am. I called after I got there and was directed to the website for hours of op. So I had to go to the website to find out that they are closed on the weekend. Complete waste of time.
