EDIT 2: Back to one star since apparently it's an acceptable practice for UPS to let anyone sign for a package. This company is unreal.EDIT: Updated review to 2 stars because the driver did come back, said nothing to me except to, ironically, ask for my name. I don't know who made this person come back, but you are the real MVP and I am grateful for youFailed my delivery with the excuse that my business name wasn't on it, though the address was correct. I literally watched the driver cut across the parking lot. Made zero effort to deliver and customer care told me that I'd have to drive an hour to pick up a 9ft package. No accountability and all excuses and totally RUINED my grand opening. The local customer care rep did not care and hung up on me half way through our conversation, since I was not tolerating their excuses. I am scared for my business and will have to explicitly request my distributors to NOT USE UPS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They take absolutely NO accountability. They claim that HOME DEPOT messed up the shipping label. Next time I order packages I'll just put my name since the driver doesn't look at the address, according to the customer center.

Abysmal service. After waiting 30 mins for a specific staff member to arrive at the desk, who later refused to arrive at the desk I was sent to a franchise location to complete my shipping task. At the franchise I was immediately told no because they couldn’t ship my item at a franchise location as they don’t have the appropriate licensing. I was trying to save 6 hrs round trip to deliver myself. After the 2 hrs wasted with this circus I regret just not driving. Customer service just no longer exists. Try anyone else it can’t be worse.

Can can not confirm the address of where do I pick up my package from, and you can never get customer support easily. I have to deal with a useless robot when I call and to get an agent, I waited total of 45 minutes.

Very Helpful hub for UPS, most Rochester packages get sent back. The Customer Center is only open 4-6pm but they will find your package. The website is usually inaccurate and chances are that it is here.

Let's see I ordered something off eBay they ship it UPS why don't you do your job and deliver it to my house instead of taking it to the post office and having them deliver it a day or two later I thought you were a delivery service I guess you aren't Just close your doors You guys are useless And you didn't deserve that last raise seeing you can't do your job and delivering a package that was shipped with UPS not the post office?

Package picked up from VA hospital with medication on a Friday morning scheduled for a Saturday afternoon/evening delivery. Ran out of medication today, Saturday. Got email saying Tuesday is going to be delivery date. Called customer service, they say they have no idea where my package is, as there "was no second scans at the terminal." "We are sorry to hear you're out of medication sir, there's nothing we can do." Contacted through social media (Facebook) and spoke with Becky to no avail. Same run around.Apparently, packages coming from a VA hospital obviously being sent to Veterans hold little merit to the local UPS facility. But hey, 1 Star for being the equivalent of a participation trophy.

Great service when they are open. I have gone several times and the limited hours they are open they were closed . If they only have 1 hired attendant they need a perdiem to cover when they are out. So frustrating

NOT OPEN during the extremely limited hours they post online and on the door. if you're going to be open for two hours a day, a few days a week, ACTUALLY BE THERE. we drove an hour to drop off urgent packages that can't be sent via the regular UPS store. actually insane that we can't give you our money, and so detrimental to our business.

Employees are super nice, but parking lot is not well lit at night and a little scary for a woman alone. Wish the hours were better to include more daytime availability to drop off packages.

Being open for two hours a day must be nice! But when the customer service reps tell you its open from 9-6 Monday - Friday and then you drive 30 minutes only to find out they are open from 4-6pm, its enraging. Please tell your phone operators to get their facts straight and pay attention during training.

Is fantastic customer service with an easy to get to location. Fast clear service that made the experience easy. Very accommodating too. Really like the way they presented the different shipping options and the prices and delivery dates. I do wish they had a little bit more parking outside for the customers.

One star is being generous. Place is worthless. They don't open until late afternoon, and only for 2 hours. Good luck with them trying to locate your package.
