We were looking for someone local who could stretch carpets, and chose Wagner. They were really great and reasonably priced! We also had them put new carpet on our stairs to a finished basement, and couldn’t be happier with the result. Andy and his team were professional, gave great advice when asked about different carpets, and the scheduling communication was wonderful. Highly recommend them for your carpet needs! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Andy this morning at Wagner Carpets and Flooring. He was very friendly and knowledgable and not the slightest bit pushy. I didn't realize this store was in the Henrietta Home Depot plaza and I'm happy I discovered it! They have a wide variety of flooring and good pricing, including some bound remnants which are so satisfying...pick a color and a size and toss it in your car to take home and you have an instant decor update! Plenty of choices to choose from to custom order and size, as well. Highly recommend if you're in the market for carpet.

Just got a living room and bedroom done by Wagner carpets and they did such an amazing job! They even went above and beyond and helped me with a flooring issue I had!!! I couldn’t have asked for better service. They even accommodated me on the date I requested for install. The whole crew was great and you can tell they really know what they are doing!!!! Highly recommend!!

Andy and team have come to my house a few times now to do work, and every time they've been professional, efficient, and the quality has been exceptional. They've gone above and beyond a few times now helping us out, and we will be returning to them for all our flooring going forward. Thank you guys, and happy holidays!

The Team from Wagner carpets installed new flooring at my mothers almost a year ago. When she called to tell me that from start to finish she was beyond satisfied with everything.What’s even more telling is that my mother did not know that I know one of the owners nor did the team at Wagner know it was my mother until afterwards when someone recognized my picture. We were very happy with the floor itself and the installation for that matter, however quite disappointed that they left absolutely no leftovers….none. I find it hard to believe that the job was exactly the number of boxes we paid for. Regardless. 1-1/2 years later we noticed some significant gaps in the floor in 3 spots. We personally went to the store 3 times to see if they could do anything and each time we were told that someone would be in touch and stop by to look at it. It’s been 3 weeks and not as much as a follow up phone call. We won’t be going back. Simple customer service and maybe some leftover panels and it would have been a 5 star…now it’s a 2.

Short and simple...left NO extra panels , however the main issue was no response after physically visiting the store and being assured someone would be in touch...also an email was totally ignored.

We had Wagner Carpet & Flooring install new carpet in our living room, stairs & upstairs hallway & couldn't be happier with the job they did! Andy (owner) Tom & Mike ripped out the old carpet & installed the new carpet along with moving some furniture in only a few hours. From picking out the carpet at their showroom, measuring the rooms, ordering the carpet & scheduling the installation everything went smoothly. On installation day they were right on time (Tom was actually about 10 minutes early) and did a truly professional job. We will definitely be having them install new carpet in our bedrooms along with some new flooring in our kitchen. Highly recommend Wagner Carpet & Flooring!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wagner for a carpet rip-out and installation project in my home (stairs, landing and 4 bedrooms), and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, efficient, and professional. I visited their showroom in Henrietta and Jamie and another associate helped me pick out a carpet based on my needs. The installation crew, which included one of the owners, arrived on time and carried themselves with the utmost professionalism throughout the process. Not only did the installation meet my expectations, but it was also completed ahead of schedule. The carpet is laid out perfectly, the seams are virtually invisible, and the entire upstairs feels transformed. It's evident that the team at Wagner takes immense pride in their work. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Wagner for any carpet installation project. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done!

We had an emergency rush job from out of state as we tried to get our carpet replaced before we moved in. Jamie, the office person, was amazing at finding a way to get us done in time and bravely suggesting carpets for us, since we couldn't come in and look/touch. When we got to our house, we all said, "Ooohh! I looks so amazing!" Thanks for taking such good care of us!
