As I am the congenitally deaf senior over 70 age, I want to know about the new COVID-19 booster against X.B.B.1.5. as a new variant of COVID-19, then I still need to know a more information in latest announcement from CDC. At honestly, I really don't like chats otherwise chats turns to be robotic A.I.-- Not as a real representative in contact! Strictly I won't accept any chats! Up until recently I've never had a problem with any of the pharmacists or clerks at Walgreens. I have a chronic condition so I go to the pharmacy more than the average person. I'm ALWAYS patient, kind and have never once complained or been rude even after waiting for a long time and having to come back (without notice) because of shortages."It wasn't until the clerk "Lexi" (I hope she's not an actual pharmacist) went out of her way to be rude to me - in front of my 8 year old son and fiancé. She didn't respond to me when I said hello and said nothing when I said have a nice day. I even repeated it nicely because I couldn't believe she was going out of her way to ignore me.I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. It's like I wasn't even important enough for her to respond to.She was rude the entire time and both my fiancé and child were also stunned. I drove away and 8 year old asked me why she was acting like that. I normally would just brush it off but I decided to go in and talk to her. To give her a chance to apologize or explain. She not only did NOT apologize but she gaslit me and was completely unprofessional. So then I asked to speak to her manager. I'm not sure what his name is. He was always kind to me I'm the past but when I explained what happened he didn't address my concerns.He simply asked if I "got what I came here for." And yes, I did get my prescription but I was hoping for a sincere apology.At the very least I wanted to know someone was going to seriously talk to her and save another sick person from her wrath. I have never not once in my life complained to management. I've never even stood up for myself like that. It's unfortunate that instead of them taking responsibility they decided to blame the victim. Clearly Walgreens doesn't care about their customers. They see us as a number. We don't deserve to be treated with basic human decency. St the very least I taught my son that there is consequences to bullying.Although Walgreens and the manager didn't hold her accountable, at least she won't be able to keep doing this to others.

Im sorry but the pharmacists at this drug store need to be fired. They lie everytime i called and then after a week of trying to get my meds they gave it to someone else without telling me. Never ever get your prescriptions done at this store. I will be transferring to CVS across the street because they are so incompetent its pathetic. Corporate office will be contacted. This was the last straw with them. 4 times atleast this yr they have done this. Now i am thru.

Whenever i stop here for scripts the customer service is always excellent. Clean store on inside and drive thru pharmacy is totally awesome

My reasoning for adventuring into this Walgreens was a greeting card. This store always had a wide, great selection on cards. It seems like it is different than grocery stores too which makes it more appealing. Like most Walgreens, it is sometimes difficult to find their employees. It seems like that big ole store only gets one person working a shift.

The cashier old lady was rude when i use coupon over 5years she dosnt like to scan and help customer.And while i shop couponing make up i didnt get my regester rewards i refuse to take the item and ask to return but they didnt give me my refund since october 31,2019 i always call them and ask my money refund untill now i disnt get it.Im discourage

Never have complete prescriptions available and staff today was rude on top of it. Our insurance says that we need to use Walgreens or mail orders and there are issues constantly with the prescriptions
