Paracasa is an adorable, cutest little shop in the small Hensonville neighborhood. It offers a beautifully and thoughtfully curated selection of really special products. The shop has everything, including high end snacks, steaks, spices, dry goods, fine cuts of meat, cheeses, drinks, and various other local goods. Visitors can find house made meatballs, homemade granola, delicious chocolate chip cookies, coffee, and pastries. They also offer special items like wagyu flank steak, gluten free pasta, and special spaghetti. The selection is incredible and everything is thoughtfully curated, with a passion for detail. It is a perfect stop for snacks for a hike, charcuterie for happy hour, or breakfast with tasty yogurt. The shop appears connected to the Day June Luncheonette next door and is highly recommended for a stop in Hensonville, especially for those visiting Kaaterskill Falls or spending the weekend in town.

Awesome selection of dry goods and preserved foods, it's obvious they've put in a lot of thought into what they offer. Picked up some tinned fish and some other snacks to try. Highly recommend a detour to visit!
