I rented a car from Enterprise from the Norfolk, Virginia airport! I always rent from Enterprise because they quite simply…are the best car rental agency! I have never had a bad interaction with this company ! I prefer to rent a CAR over an SUV or truck….and they always have a car and one that’s perfect for my needs! Their prices are the best, and you cannot beat that unlimited mileage! The staff I dealt with at the airport, Leila,was friendly, courteous and definately knew her job! (and she kept her promise to get me a CAR to drive and not an SUV! )THANK YOU LEILA!❤️
and then there was Joshua, a very personable guy who made the courtesy call to me a week later to find out if my dealings with the car and staff were satisfactory…YES! as always I am very happy with this company! Thank you Joshua and Leila!! You guys are a definite plus to the Enterprise family!
