“Car is missing a part to control outside mirrors. The employees are very nice that work there in the Herkimer office.
But, Enterprise should pay more attention to safety features obviously missing from the car when I rented it.
And Enterprise should provide a rental contract to the customer to have in the car to present to authorities or show legal possession. Always give the customer a receipt prior to the customer leaving with a car rented from your agency.”
