“The first couple of times I'd gone there the toy aisle was very messy, along with some other aisles. I don't know if they've hired new people or it's because the busy season of Christmas is over, but there has been a huge improvement! It is much easier to find items and their prices.There always seems to be the same shift manager whenever I go in and she is very nice and helpful.”

“Since Shelby took over this store the level of service has gone up tenfold. The lines used to be ridiculous and the staff was extremely complacent. However I must say I was in here earlier and a very unprofessional regional manager (I'm assuming) was chewing out management IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I'm extremely disappointed by this behaviour, how she ever got to that position in retail is a mystery to me.”

“this is such a great place. the staff are often super friendly, even cracking jokes from time to time. maybe they're bored, which i totally get. it's not very busy at all, which makes for perfect quiet shopping time.”
