They always say hi when a person enters the door. Very clean. Always stocked. And upon cashing out they always say to have a nice day. Im pleased to have a neighborhood store that is pleasant and friendly.

Closed not even before 12am I arrived 15 mins to get diesel all lights turned off on pumps and on inside they have to retrain their staff to keep open by posted time for late night traveling customers or at least keep the pumps on 24/7 for card users like other gas stations yet please work on it I had to spend more than 20c per gallon to get diesel at cliffs since even Stewart’s doesn’t have diesel u lost a late night customer.

Went to grab some pizzas from there tonight. They are usually pretty good but tonight they were nasty. Three of them were so greasy it was dripping off. My boys saw the apple desert pizza and wanted some. I got them each a piece and when they got home and started to eat it the dough was still raw!!!!!!!! Don't recommend it at all

Four workers standing behind the counter and I had to ask which register was open. The pizza looked like someone pulled it out of the dumpster. Absolutely disgusting! Six old crusty pizzas is not the way to make sales! Unreal!

Tried ordering a pizza thru door dash at 11p and they claim it was out of stock. But I know that they don't take long to make. They were being lazy. This store has gone downhill in the past 6months!

All other Fastrac/ Cumberland Farms locations are doing a free coffee or fountain drink promotion at the moment. When not using the promotion, coffee's of all sizes are 99 cents. Not at this location. At this location, they don't have any promotion on drinks at all. Thats would be alright with me and I wouldn't mind paying 99 cents if they didn't only stock small and medium cups to save money.When I feel like I'm being scammed, I walk away and never give the scammers business again. So, goodbye Herkimer Fastrac!

Total False Advertising! The sign, AND the pump says the Smartpay price is $3.25, but when I actually pumped my gas, I was charged $3.35!

Every time I go here it is clean. I recently got a pizza from there and honestly it may be better than some pizza places'! I went on and on about how good it was the whole time I was eating it. I'm pretty sure I annoyed my family ? But for real the cheese/sauce/crust ratio is spot on, it's really good crust- not weird cardboardy stuff, it's good cheese, the sauce tastes good, and the pepperoni isn't too thick or too thin. I know it sounds weird liking gas station pizza that much but really I think it is that good.

Absolutely worst service at any local gas station. Mainly the cashier by the name of Steph. Horrible attitude anytime she cashes anyone out and always has unprofessional remarks. Multiple times I've gone there and anytime she cashes me out I get rude remarks that are highly unnecessary.
