A friend in her 80s bought a reclining chair for $1000 and found that she is allergic to it. The store will not take it back for exchange, even though she had it only one day. Do not but from this store.

The couch they delivered sags alot . We contacted the BBB and Attorney Generals office . They said all they can do is contact them and give them notice. After son came out and confirmed it was defective, said he would tell his father. 6 weeks later still no call back.Called them 2 wks. ago said the week of 2/21 .Called for exact date . Said maybe March. ? We got a lawyer involved . Now let's see what happens! ☹️

Couch they delivered has a HUGE SAG in the middle . That was 12/22 , now 2/21/23 . Still no couch . Contact the Attorney General and the BBB. Said it would be this week , but upon calling them said sometime in March ! Really ??? At this point I just want our money back .Contacted a lawyer , now let's see what happens!

Unfortunately, writing a review, a star rating must be established.\nWeekend Furniture Plus is a family establishment.\nWeekend Furniture Plus Store, sold me a sofa & chair set. The quality & structure of them were not the same, as it was when I sat on it in the store, after they were delivered on December 6, 2022.\nI contacted the company immediately, numerous times for 3+ weeks, after the delivery. Their response was they had no one to come inspect the furniture or it was Christmas time and everyone was busy. I had to wait until January 4, 2023 for someone to come and inspect the furniture.\nAfter the son of the proprietor saw the defective & poor quality, his response was, I will ask my father tonight and let you know tomorrow. I never received a response. It is now January 28, 2023 as I write this review and have no furniture to sit on without the cushions collapsing. The cost of the sofa & chair set were $1,245.00.\nNote, I also purchases a $899 recliner, which seems to be ok.\nI shopped locally to support a small business & the above is my result.\nI have reached out to the Attorney General's officeto file a complaint. They have contacted the company and have not received a response either.\nPlease help me resolve this issue, so I can purchase a sofa at another establishment. I am requesting my money back for the sofa & chair. A total of $1245.00\nI eagerly await your response.

Not a good experience regarding repair. After waiting 3 months for a replacement part was told it would be another 3 months. After a phone call to the company I was told the parts were never ordered. Also was told the part would only take one week to get. Sadly I would not recommend buying anything that may require repairs.

I just got my new chair delivered and installed and though it was delivered a week earlier than expected, they did an awesome job. Very polite, friendly and professional delivery men, well worth the delivery fee.

The gentleman was very helpful. Furniture, an excellent quality. I do have an odd experience, only brought on by owners rules apparently, carried out by sales person. I needed to use the restroom. I saw it and as I was about to close door, the sales associate told me customer restroom was next door over. I thought it was the customer one as it had sign and was clean and nice. He sent me to one without a sign and upon entering saw it was dirty with cleaning supplies and brooms,etc.. I was disgusted at best as the bathroom that was clearly for customers wasn't broken. Door was ajar and no sign of its not being useable.I found a lovely la-z-boy set there. Did I mention I didn't buy it? This would not have been my first la-z-boy furniture purchase. I just bought a house and had sold all of my previous furniture. I was replacing with what I got from sold furniture.This store is not near a gas station with a restroom, nor was there a sign on door. Had there been I would not have gone in as I had surgery and have had to use restroom more since. Not a good experience.

Great selection, excellent customer service. We bought a chair for our Mom , she didn't "love" it, they allowed us to return it for one she could pick out! Above and beyond...And we bought a beautiful tv stand with a fireplace in it!

Bought an expensive power recliner in May. Last night something under the chair broke in the reclining mechanism. I called this morning and the young lady was a bit rude. She said someone would have to look at it. She said he would call back. I asked who "he" would be n I could hear her say to someone else "why is she asking his name". I said you are being rude I can hear you n then the phone went dead. I called back n said. You hung up on me. n she said it was the phone. No apology for the hang up.. it's been abt 3 hrs now n no call back.
